I went into CPR to have my cracked screen replaced. After speaking to the nice gentleman at the counter (sorry, can't remember his name), we decided that it would be cheaper for me to purchase a new phone the at the store. I have an old Galaxy s5 which CPR had available. Also, I was given a few lessons on how to better use my phone, troubleshoot, and where to buy a higher memory of SD card. Would highly recommend CPR!!

They were courteous start to finish, fixed a charging port problem which was a simple removing of a fragment that came off charging cable and got stuck in port. They did not charge me. This is simple old fashioned good will business. Thank you to the young lady who helped me out!

I called and spoke to Patrick about my iPad not charging. He said to bring it in and he would take a look. When I arrived at the store, Patrick immediately looked at the charging port and asked me a couple of questions. He took it to the back to look at it, then in less than a minute, he brought it back to me fixed! I am SO happy . I highly recommend!

CPR on Wyoming has been my "goto" cell phone repair for several years. I have always found their work to be high quality, and their service to be excellent. Today was the exception, and I am disappointed.
My phone needs a new battery, and unfortunately it is one of those complex expensive ones to replace. I had called to get all the details last week, learning that I have to order on a Monday or Thursday for them to have parts available. Today I called back to order, only to find out that they require that advance payment be made IN PERSON prior to ordering parts for any upcoming repair. That's a big complication, because I live an hour an a half from Albuquerque, meaning that this repair will require 3 hours of drive time JUST TO ORDER THE PART, then I will have to come back and drop the phone off another day to do the actual repair. That change in the CPR company policy would effectively cost me 2 days off work just driving around, instead of a quick drop-off while I'm running other errands.
Frustrated, I thanked the polite clerk that answered the phone and hung up ... fully intending to write this review ... then decided to call the store back and ask if I could handle this directly by writing to the owner. I don't expect them to change a workable policy just for me, but as an existing customer I felt it more appropriate to make my comments to the store's owner instead of online. As an entrepreneur myself, I always prefer an opportunity to address a troublesome complication directly instead of seeing a negative review online out of the blue.
So I called back to ask for an email address, which the clerk refused to give, instead suggesting that the owner call me back ... except I can't take incoming personal calls at work ... and I just wanted to write an email to tell the owner personally that this change in policy makes it impossible for me to continue being his customer. So in making 3 calls over 2 days I got nothing accomplished except finding out I should get in the car and drive a couple of hours just to drop off some cash. There has to be a better way.
So I'm making other plans for my phone. And I'm looking for another phone repair store.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are so rude and wanna play the run around game. Was told June 1st that they were new to the Fortegra contracts and would need to speak to their manager to figure it out. Never ended up calling me back. So I returned June 2 to be told that they won't honor their contract and I would have been smarter to call before driving to their store. The bald gentleman refused to give his name to report to corporate because he knows he's in the wrong. Will not be returning to this establishment and will be reporting to corporate.
Called and was quoted a price about a shattered screen replacement. Went in person, same price quoted, was told screen could be in next day. Was called when screen was in. They had phone for an hour and a half. Phone and new screen are pristine! Thanks for the help CPR!

Fixed my cell phone screen with lifetime warranty. Took it the other day for check up for the 3rd time and I was told that the warranty didnt apply because the screen that my cell has its not used by them. I told them that was impossible, that my cell only been fixed by them, that it was impossile. Lost cause, lost lifetime warranty, lost money ..
Great service. The gentleman who served me and conducted the repairs was knowledgeable and courteous. Breathed new life into my phone. Would much rather pay a relatively small amount for repairs than pay the huge fees for a new flagship phone.

I dropped my HTC U-11 and it needed a new screen. I called these fellows and apart from USPS delivery of the parts all was good. They are professional, courteous and work quickly.
When you call them, an experienced and knowledgable person answers the phone. They were able to schedule me the same day I called. And when the laptop battery they ordered for me was bad (not their fault), they went above and beyond to get it replaced as quickly and as painlessly as possible.
My daughter had an xbox that her cats ruined. They cleaned all the internal components, but it still would not work. Went back and they said that it was just to corroded.
They gave me great advice about a phone issue I was having and did not charge me anything since the issuue was carrier related.
