Great view from RO and a few wonderful products, but terrible call center tech representatives! They need serious training in both customer care service and technical knowledge! They don't bother to do their job even based on poorly described manual of theirs. They are just too busy boasting themselves to angry customers how high they are! MS is unethical corporate giant since they are not responsible for what they are selling, and that is what I've learned from this time! One star is too good for them! Whoever operate its Call Center in Korea, T.R.A.I.N. your staffs or F.I.R.E your operator and get a better one! Almost every time I call the MS call center for help, I had terrible experiences because of your rude and ignorant representatives, as well as your irresponsible customer care service mind! It seemed all of them are trained to act like that! MS is nothing but a THEIF! MS only cares about SALES and NO MORE!

I have a laptop that I bought from a US company in the US and it says to my customer that it is just before the explosion of a battery swell ring that I need to contact the US to solve it. It does not cost me much ... I just let it go to an external repair shop and ask if it is repairable. I do not know if I will be able to pay for it. Why MS devices can not be bought, 1. It is only a year old, but battery swell happening. Thank you. 2. No inter-country service. Irresponsible management policy 3. Companies whose responsibility is to be transferred only I switched to Apple for the first time in 10 years, but I returned to Apple in my experience. Korea MS Win very much.

Better than POSCO's office !! Especially the view is good !! But who's this money ?! Foreigners prefer expensive rent buildings !!
