Fraud company. I have registered a complain in consumer forum against them.
Worst after sale service. If something went wrong you keep on calling customer service but nobody picks call and hardly if you get connected after trying so many times you just get excuses. Complaint number you get is useless. Please do not purchase micromax products specially inverter . So much irritated by the customer service behavior and their service. I have been waiting for more than 15 days. Atleast somebody could inform that we are getting late because of this. Very bad experience of after sale service of this company.
Fake company, Fraud People, I am following since last 4 weeks at their narayana office which is updated on internet. First they said technician not available then they said we will send after two days. but no one turned up till now. in 4 weeks. Pathetic Services. you guys are loosing trust of you customer from Micromax.
They even don't know who will entertain products related complaints

This is one of the wasted inverter and battery, very poor battery backup The customer care numbers are so irritating
