THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW!! DO NOT USE!!!!! I order flowers for a SURPRISE for sympathy, and they were NEVER delivered! To top it off, i called TWICE, AND THEY LIED TO ME and said they were delivered!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!
I thought the staff was great. They helped us select just the right flowers for the wedding and delivered exactly when they said they would.

My mom recieved a beautiful bouquet on her 92nd bday from one of her friends..bought at Balmes Flowers, and Ive changed the water every couple days. I've only had to toss the roses out. All the other flowers and greenery after 2.5 wks later are still beauuuutiful!!!
