Premier Inn Hotel,New Delhi Review

Nice play to stay for a couple .room was decent. Best thing is that you can order foods from food delivery app without any restriction from the hotel.

I've booked this hotel for Valentines Day celebration and i've also requested for an additional package for Valentines day which includes Towel art and room filled with Balloons along with a chocolate cake at a very low price. I was pretty nervous to be honest cause of having the fear that my request would be filled properly or not but I'm truly amazed by the quality of the decoration and how well they put everything together. I'd like to thank the staff for that. The room was pretty good and all the amenities were there as well. The staff was too friendly so overall it was a beautiful experience staying there. I would love to visit again.

Good prices at the moment though this is distorted by the pandemic.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious and clean though getting a little tired now in places

Food and drink is fine as well, so overall it is a good offer, but will soon benefit from some room refurbishment, hence only 4*, but there is nothing wrong with them

Stayed here for 3 nights and overall the stay was pleasant but felt due to the Covid restrictions, there was slight reduction in the hospitality. Although every part of the hotel(gym, pool, restaurants, bar, coffee shop) was closed except the rooms, the rooms themselves were clean and spacious and the cleaning were still on point. The reason for my slightly low rating is the service levels were low and had to sometimes call help desk multiple times to even get an answer. The food options were limited and much more so late at night and the hotel didn't seem to take in any special requests(which is understandable due to Covid). The service during this time could have made much more of a difference.

Have been to the hotel before multiple times but this is the first time I stayed here. I might give staying here another shot in the future but my this experience was okayish at best.

Airport was very nice. Both domestic and international terminals have been linked in and it is the T3. Very big and beautiful airport with all access nearby. The Airport is having Hotel accommodation facilities and of reasonable price. I had a connecting flight so that i stayed in the Holiday Inn Hotel Inside the Terminal itself.

The location of the hotel is great. Especially if you have a layover and want to rest a bit, this hotel is a good choice. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable but the bathroom was bad. It was stinking all the time and there was sewage smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. The positive aspects of the hotel are that they conserve water and use recycled water for their WC. They also gave us water bottles whenever we wanted. The restaurant and cleanliness were average.

Although it was a very short stay. But i totally loved the property. Best thing is, it is the closest hotel to the metro station, so very well accessible. Room was spacious and cozy. All amenities were in place and the staff was helpful and friendly. Covid norms are followed throughout the property. Would surely recommend the hotel !

The place is best and clean. The pick up vehicle of the hotel is having adequate protection from the virus. Food is awesome. Good service.

Some of the bathroom fittings feel dated. But can be ignored given the pandemic situation. Quite close to airport.

It's nice enough. It was not particularly expensive and the room ambience sort of was proportional to what I paid. The place may use some room renovation, particularly electrical and electronic updates. Overall, I would recommend a night of stay for a nominal price. But the rooms need updates.
