After spending $200 to get my laptop repaired it broke 4 months later. The cause of the problem was the same cord that they had replaced earlier. When I took it in the second time asking them to replace it they said that there would be the charge to diagnose it and another charge to replace the same cable they fixed 4 months earlier. I was told the part and labour were only good for 3 months. I was disappointed by the customer service as I expected to receive a quality repair job on my laptop considering this was a professional business.

Great guys really know what they're doing, offer the best possible solution no matter what.
