The experience I had with J.L. Freed Honda was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. My experience started with Rachel, of internet sales. She was awesome. Answered my questions, returned my calls, answered more questions and heard me regarding my budget. We agreed on a number and into the showroom I went the following day. There I met Jacob, we instantly clicked. He asked me some questions, pulled up my file and showed me not just the vehicle that I had liked the day before, but other options as well. Jacob, my wife and I talked, took the test drive and talked some more. All the while, processing the paperwork. Then it was back to finance with Chris; I was in and out. I went back to Jacob and we talked some more; we even discovered that we are neighbors. This experience would not have been a 5 without Rachel and Jacob. You guys are awesome!!!

Bought a beautiful used highlander this past weekend, and my experience was exceptional! From initial contact to financing and closing, overall a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. If you're looking for a Honda, or found a nice used car online, I would tell you to ask for Neil Hewitt by name, he was extremely kind, helpful and he even had some snacks for my 9 month old! nothing short of fantastic. Entire staff, including Rachel, Neal, Kyle, and Danette were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dealership building was clean, state of the art, and appealing. I would not hesitate to purchase another car here or recommend to a friend.
I cannot tell you what a joy and an experience it is not to have to haggle along with sales staff as well as 37 minutes after we chose our vehicle we were on our way home.We were not pressured to buy a whole lot of add ons however they were presented to as professionally.
