We weren't thrilled with finance guy, but overall, it was a fast, easy experience. We highly recommend Julie to anyone.
Yesterday I bought my first car with the help of Chevelle Thompson. Chevy was great explaining everything with me and my dad making sure that we understood all the terms and made sure that we walked out with a car and price that we were comfortable with. Though smaller than Honda Hamilton, their quality, customer care and service, and the cars they have for sale are better. The staff is helpful, honest, professional, and not pushy! Although my free Honda recall service wait was longer than they said it would be on the phone, this was due to their unexpected heavy load of cars needing servicing at the start of Memorial Day Weekend. I didn t mind at all due their comfortable and quiet lobby where the staff were friendly and where I got a boatload of work done!

I got a tuneup for the 105,000 mile maintenance, which I was overdue. I was told 3 hours and it was completed 30 minutes less, which was good. My only complaints were that I got my brakes done with my regular free oil change 1,000 miles before this and then got an oil change done again that should have been either exclude , and if still recommended, even with the discount given for this maintenance, which I am thankful for, the oil change should have been free. But I m good for a while until the next time.
