We closed on our new home a few weeks ago and are already in love with it. Having owned several homes, this is by far our favorite, mainly because of the design, quality of work, layout, and attention to detail. The Fortress Builders team has also proven to be very professional and responsive, both during and after the closing phase. Warranty issues and HOA approvals are responded to quickly and they communicate where you are in the process of them sending someone out or reviewing your HOA requests.

As we move forward, I will update my review based on future interactions or any issues with our home, but, as of right now, we are extremely satisfied. Fortress Builders has been the best builder with which we have worked.

We have bought several new construction/custom homes in the past, but never has a builder done a second walk-through before closing. Mark has been responsive to all of our warranty issues and contract items. Kimberly worked extremely well with our agent, even responding on her off days. Great group to work with.

I was fortunate enough to have purchased one of their homes in Acworth. I knew it was a well built home and hated leaving it. After moving to the northeast and seeing what passes for quality here, I find myself wishing I could get a Fortress home nearby! There s a difference between knowing how to build a home and taking the time to build it right. All the best.

Fortress Builders just built a home for our clients in Mount Calvary! This was the absolute most pleasant experience. From the first time we met Kimberly Johnson, the on site sales agent we were impressed! We were impressed with the product, her knowledge and professionalism. We went under contract with our buyer client early in November and closed on their beautiful home the end of March! (and this was during a pandemic!) Kimberly kept us and the buyers informed every step of the way. This was an A+ experience and our buyers are very happy in their new Fortress Built home!

Fortress Builders - Barrett Preserve Sub-Division

From the moment I stepped into the Fortress Builders model home everything felt right. Within a matter of a few minutes I decided this was the home for us. I knew absolutely nothing about Fortress so I had no expectations or any kind of a knowledge base to make this major decision. Beginning with the welcome by the Sales person I was quickly transformed to wanting this home and willing to get a contract starting immediately.
The quality of the construction gave this new home immediate good bones and something I haven t questioned since we moved in. The mannerism and knowledge of the Sales staff and the highly professional Warranty staff have been outstanding through the initial walk through. The neighborhood feels like a neighborhood and not like a rushed cold development of new homes. The architecture and thought put in by the builder is outstanding with quality landscaping and planning. The functional aspects of the home regarding the placement of bedrooms with bathrooms, kitchens with dining areas, and the office space accessibility are perfect.
Fortress s attention to details is obvious which confirms their experience in building quality homes. They continue to be professional and helpful whenever we need them. We could not be happier with the purchase of our home.
The craftsmanship is superior and like no others for this priced home. The Fortress staff in the office handled concerns and questions in a professional manner and all matters was readily solved. Our home is everything we wanted. We would recommend Fortress Builders to anyone who asks us.
