Charlotte Mottram has been our strata manager over the last year and I cannot speak highly enough about her. We have had many strata managers with Michael Roberts over the years who have always been lovely but Charlotte is a standout. She goes beyond to ensure all matters are executed with the best possible outcome. I love the fact that she is always contactable and if she is unable to answer straight away, always gets back to me very quickly. Lovely dealing with you Charlotte, always a pleasure.
