My husband I came into Miami to search for Penthouses with our real estate agent Peter J Ancona . At the end of a long week of appointments he recommended this steak house to us a location frequently visited by locals . We booked a table to celebrate our time in miami and a start of a new chapter. We were super impressed with the decor, staff and food. We look forward to being frequent customers as we make south florida our new home .

Lovely atmosphere with low lighting to enhance that intemate feel. I ordered Salmon garlic, potatoes and broccoli. My better half ordered Snapper fish, mushrooms and mixed vegetables. All were cooked just the way we liked them. Service was prompt and efficient. A little expensive but you get what you pay for.

Called today and was told "we are not doing pick up or to-go today or tomorrow" that's the dumbest business practice ever.

I had an amazing Chilean sea bass dinner with a side of delicious corn and mushrooms. Great ambiance. A few douchy guests but that's the Aventura crowd for you. The poor staff has to actually be nice to them.

Would never return. Just came back from Valentines Day dinner. Made reservations for this place two months ago and two days before our dinner, I get a call from the restaurant saying it is a price fixed menu, $125.00 per person. I cancel and they call me back offering a 20% discount, went against my better judgment and kept the reservation. My husband and I have eaten at many popular steakhouses throughout the country. So I have a strong basis for comparison (Ruth Chris Steakhouse, Mortons, Flemings, Gallagher's, Peter Lugars to name a few). First of all let's talk about the price, on any regular day what we ordered would have tallied to 167.00, why are they charging customers 250.00 across the board because its Valentines Day, thats called gauging. The food was just simply ok, when the best thing we had was the appetizer fries, we have a problem. I requested my filet medium well, came out extremely pink, sent back and came back slightly better. The sides were all underwhelming, the mashed potatoes were overly whipped, the brussel sprouts were salty and the mac and cheese had bits of brocolli and not a single truffle, just not good. The appetizer ceasar salad dressing had a strange after taste and I didn't like the presentation which was entire chunks of romaine lettuce. Then we get to dessert hoping for a comeback performance by this restaurant, according to the waiter best dessert on the menu. I'm sorry but when Chili's has a better molten that's a problem. Not to mention 4.50 per small bottle of diet coke. Seems silly when these upscale restaurants do this with sodas. First steakhouse I would never go back to. Really disappointed in a Michael Mina restaurant.

We came here for Miami Spice dinner but we ordered extra items beyond the spice menu. There were 4 of us and 2 didn't not order from the spice menu.

As usual, Bourbon Steak started off with the complimentary thick cut fries with 3 dipping choices. All sauces were pretty tasty and the fries were crisp to perfection. From the spice menu, we got the Beef Carpaccio and Pork Belly for apps. For the main course, I had the Crispy Skin Branzino Filet and my buddy got the Yemenite Spiced NY Strip. We also added Steak Tartare, a side of Truffle Mac & Cheese plus a side of Baby Bok Choy. I hardly eat raw meat but both the Carpaccio and Tartare were very fresh. Just like butta :) The fish was ok and the steak was juicy but a little small. The side dishes were enough to share with everyone and I really loved the Truffle Mac. It was piping hot, gooey and cheesy. For desserts, we shared the S'mores and Hazelnut Cloud. Wow! They were both simply scrumptious and nicely presented. We also got a couple rounds of cocktails but I don't remember the names. My share of the bill was about $145 so I could imagine the total was way up there.

Bourbon Steak has been long standing fine dining establishment inside the Turnberry Isles. The ambiance is loud and dimly lit. The service is very professional. The food and cocktails are consistent. This was my 2nd time here and it was just as good as the first.

I've been here once. High quality service, cozy interior and really good steaks.

I m going to go straight to the point. Terrible service!!! Right from the beginning I asked the attendant to separate the bills and they did not do so, the manager said that he had never done this. However everywhere I ve been in a restaurant with a large party they accommodate and separate the bills. They said if they would do this it would take about 45 minutes. Therefore I decided to do it myself as you can see in the pictures. All in all horrible experience very unpleasant. Moreover the food was not good my wife was sick to the stomach the entire evening.

The experience was amazing experience! Their fries are to die for and of course all other food was Great. Claudio was our waiter and he was very attentive to absolutely every detail of our evening. Very intimate low light setting.

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience at Bourbon. I have never had such good service - our waiter, Ramsey, was excellent from his recommendations at the beginning of our meal to setting us up with poolside seating and a cigar after. I highly recommend this restaurant!

First off I want to say that the service is top of line. My wife made reservations for my 32nd birthday soon as we sat down service was attentive waiter made many great suggestions we started off with a ahi tuna tartare as an appetizer which was prepared at the table. Excellent for main course she had an organic half chicken in reduced wine sauce which she loved and I had the new York strip medium prepared. The side dishes were a roasted cauliflower in almond butter sauce which is absolutely amazing and black truffle Mac and cheese which was rich and equally amazing. We were given a bananas foster for my birthday which was too good not to finish even after being stuffed. Again service is what really did it for us will definitely make a return trip. The tab will get high especially if you have a few drinks as I did so come prepared

My boyfriend food was salty, my steak didn't have any flavor, only like the mushrooms and drink, customer service was wack, the guy never came to check on us, is to expensive for the service. We not going back, is not the money, is everything else.

Amazing and beautiful decor and ambience. The serving staff were all great. The Easter brunch was truly delicious. There was so much detail that went into each food station. I loved it.

Bourbon Stake is one of the best places I ve ever tried.
Service is A+, food is excellent, their multi flavored Fries are superb, with three different flavors and sauces.
I ve been there two times for special occasions and I can say that it is a great option.
(Just be prepared to receive a check accordingly $$$$) ;-)

Restaurant is beautiful, upscale decor. Hostess and wait staff were fantastic! Not a place for a romantic evening for two. Restaurant was crowded and very noisy. We almost had to yell to hear each other across the table. We were sat at a table in the back that has a long bench with several tables going across, while there was a gap between our table and the neighboring tables, I felt like our small party of two more than tripled due to the proximity of others. The restaurant serves french fries as a starter instead of the traditional bread. The rosemary and garlic fries were my favorite. We are from the Midwest so we were looking for seafood while in Miami. I guess we should have known better than to order seafood at a steak place. We had the seafood platter the prongs and lobster tail was extremely chewy, and lacked flavor, while the oysters were over seasoned and had too much heat. The highlight of the evening were the two side dishes, absolutely the best creamed spinach and a nice truffle Mac and cheese. Overall I felt it was overpriced for the quality of food. Plus they add 18% gratuity automatically to the bill and charged for water.

I have to say this was an overall good dining experience but in some parts not all I expected. The ambience was wonderful , luxuriously romantic with a modern appeal. The seasoned fries are a delicious start which are quite a twist from traditional rolls, my ribeye came out perfectly medium rare and crusted impeccably and their wine list is pretty decent.

However there were some letdowns, such as we ordered oysters as starters which did not seem as fresh neither did the two servings of lobster we ordered in spite of whole Maine lobster being unavailable . Our server was the absolute worst , not engaging or in anyway helping us along with our order but on the flipside the maitre d came over and was delightful and more than accommodating . Gratuity is included in the check so hopefully next time we will have a more hospitable server. May go back since it took us so long to get back here all in the hopes of seeing Chef Elmore and of course when the Tomahawk is back on the menu!!

Best steakhouse in South Florida. They always take great care of us and the food is exceptional. The steak is perfect as expected but everything else is also very good which a lot of steakhouses seem to neglect a bit. Not here.

Took my wife for our 14th year anniversary. The whole staff took it upon themselves to make of our experience one of a kind. Specially our server Ramsy, whom was on top of everything but he was very attentive and professional. I will go back in a heartbeat! Thank you all!

Over priced food and there are better steak restaurants than this for the money. Great atmosphere. Plus waitstaff is good. The food is not worth the price. Ordered 75$ steak Medium came out well. This is my second time here and last time.

This spot constantly delivers. They have great food for affordable pricing, there is no waiting time even when the spot is loaded.

When you come to a Michael Mina restaurant and pay $50 for a medium-rare steak, you expect to get a medium-rare steak. I received a medium-well. To their credit, I was offered a replacement but at that point I did not feel like waiting any longer. Service was okay.

I had dinner at Bourbon Steak tonight and it was a superb evening. The food was outstanding: a well composed menu, where all dishes share status; but most importantly, each one was executed to perfection! Portions were also excellent: perfect amount for each savoring. The staff was impeccable from begging to end. It couldn't have made the night more pleasant! The restaurant atmosphere is as sophisticated as cozy and welcoming. Certainly first of many visits to come!

My mother and I went to this restaurant for Miami Spice. This was my first Miami Spice experience. The menu was great. The portions were massive. The food was delicious. The staff were extremely attentive. I felt that this was a great meal and experience and would love to come back another day for a not Miami Spice meal to try more.

The atmosphere was nice. The food was worse from average. Ribeye at $75 tasted like a shoe same for the steak tartare. Price and quality did not match. There was a convention happening so it might be a good choice for a convention group but not for an actual steak restaurant.

The food is good however I felt discriminated because I was "dressed poorly." Apparently the typical Miami apparel - khaki shorts, collared polo, sandals, is not good enough for them. They only let me in the restaurant because my aunt was staying in the Turnberry resort, but still I felt very uncomfortable by the way I was treated during the entire dinner.

Claudio was the best server I ve ever had. Everyone at our table agreed. His professionalism and dedication to the satisfaction of all the guests in his section was unlike anything we ve experienced. He even took a group of kids into the kitchen for a VIP tour and ice cream when he noticed them getting too rowdy, disrupting other tables. A welcome moment of silence for the rest of us! Just an all-around awesome dining experience. 10/10 definitely recommend. And the truffle popcorn is amazing!

The food is very average. It was delicious spinach, so-so salad. They burned the meat, and so on. Approximately $ 250 for two without alcohol. Plus $ 10 parking.

Excellent atmosphere and service, with high attention to detail. The entrees, including the cowboy ribeye, were delectable, as well as the sides and desserts; the three different kinds of fries and sauces to pair them with were very tasty.

We had reservation for 7 person for 8:30 p.m. When we were arrived, our table still was occupied. We were waiting without any apologising 30 minutes!!! Three ladies at the reception were absolutely unhelpful, they were always speaking between each other or using their smartphones. No-one even said sorry for such long waiting time. No expectation such welcome service from Michael Mina place. No comments regarding food, as of evening mood was broken in the reception.

Enjoy the food, ambiance and service to the max. The atmosphere was pleasant and romantic to digress after work. We shall return!

Very nice place, friendly and very competent staff. Small but selected map on which everyone will find what they are looking for. The dishes tasted excellent.

Enjoyed a relaxing night alone, but the staff was extra helpful and sweet. The NY strip was cooked perfectly and the extras were tasty. Can't complain about a single thing. Met some really nice people at the bar and talked for hours. Just a nice time out.

Unbelievable food with incredible staff!! One of the best steaks I have ever had hands down. If you are in the area it is definately a place to visit.
