I don't know how useful the actual product is, but the salespeople are pushy! I stated several times that my company isn't ready to need this service, and the salesman keeps calling and emailing. I even blocked a number for them, and he called from another. I didn't answer, and he called again! From these reviews, and what the salesman has been pushing, I'd say that the product is only worth what the salespeople can get in profit/commission. A good product sells itself, and doesn't require subterfuge. He was after 2,000 + at first, then downgraded to about 500, then 250 to start. Even if I'm NOT going to use it at this time, I should have it? If you've been trying for more than a month, and the potential customer's wallet hasn't fallen open DROP IT. Send a friendly reminder of future service when you're ready. Pushy salespeople don't win with me.

They have no communication with their clients about when there is a "global" outage. No communication with us when they have an "update" to the app which cases ALL the current apps to stop working.

Our techs were out of a phone because the app was "getting worked on" for over 6 months. Now today, another update to the app has been done without our knowledge and NONE of our techs have access to their clients while they are out on the road.

We've been a loyal client to them for over 3 years now and the best they can do for us is say, "the app will be available in a week". So now how am I suppose to run my business?

They are suppose to HELP me run my business faster, better, and stronger but the only thing they do now is cause me PROBLEM after PROBLEM.

I was given a quote from mHelpDesk two years ago and decided to give them a try recently. I understand that pricing increases over the years but when I got my first monthly bill it was significantly more than the quote I received. I was fine with this price because, as I said, I realize that prices increase a bit over the years. Then I got the second monthly bill and it was almost 300% more than the original quote I was given and double the first month's bill. I called mHelpDesk and they informed me that the first month's payment was 50% as a promotion and the second month's bill is what I would be charged on a monthly basis. This was not made clear to me at all! Then when I told them I wanted to cancel because the bill was far more than I wanted to pay, they said that they do not give refunds! I didn't even use the service the second month and the payment was comparable to a car payment! I definitely do not recommend this company. Go with Jobber - they are much cheaper and offer the same services that mHelpDesk does. Jobber is also a lot more user friendly.

This program has been nothing short of wonderful from day one. It has helped our small business stay organized and productive. The staff and tech support are great to work with. Any questions we have had have been answered quickly and politely. I would recommend this software to any business owner.

Customer service has been a continuing issue from them. We do not get rational responses on issues we experience. Providing us with reasonable expectations on solving issues would go a long way, but has yet to happen from customer service. Borderline disrespectful. Hoping we can resolve the relationship, but have seen lots of employee turnover.

This company and product are AWESOME!! I have used the software since May of this year and it has made my life so much easier. The customer support is amazing, as well. I had a small initial issue that was corrected immediately, and just had a windows 10 issue that Candi helped fix in less than 15 minutes. Definitely a must have for businesses that schedule, estimate, invoice, collect payments, and even use Quickbooks.

We ve been shopping around for a field service platform for a while. mHelpDesk seemed to be the best fit, but we couldn t really tell until we signed up for their unlimited plan, which opened up all the platform s features.

We poked around the app for a day and realized it wasn t for us. There's a lot of great functionality in this app, and we really wanted to love it. But another app (which is designed for companies specifically in our industry) contacted us and offered to do some custom development to meet our needs, so ultimately we went with them.

When we cancelled our subscription, the customer service team offered us a full refund since we had only used the app for a total of one day to poke around and sync the app's data with our other platforms. They asked a lot of detailed questions about what kind of functionality we wished the app had, and seemed to really care about making the app experience better.

Even though the app didn't work out for us, they seem like a great company!

Very bad service no one seems to care!. I have trying for months now asking why my system is very slow. Since yesterday Mhelpdesk is not working at all. Cannot talk to anyone and the service is useless. Please give me your CEO's phone # so i can all him. Wasted 2 days none of my staff can work?????/
