Management is very weak in supporting the team in various situations. So only there are much drop outs of Employees. Hopes they will look into it further.
And the Reception teams doing their job well in taking the queries from team.
Don't join to this company for big salary , they don't give respect to workers ...and they are not stable ....I already experienced thier service .
