In person, there is service. But why a phone line if you never answer it? Why indicate on the website that you should call before going there if it is impossible to communicate with them?

De vrais bandits. Lame people and really insulting. I tryed to get information about my specific status, they wouldnt give me all the information by phone, only refering to their website. I drove 3hrs from out of town to go to first appointment. The young lady was not empathic, i had to go back twice to get everything as required for visa, and they ended up telling me i was applying for the wrong procedure for my status, their information was quite different than what the lawers gave me. Plus they insulted me when i politily comment about the information service or improvement to consider. This agency does not promote mexico in a positive way, their purpose seems to block any foreigners to do business in Mexico and its not really appealing to go to mexico from that point of view. Ill pass and go where its better!

Unable to reach by phone or email so I showed up without an appointment and they accommodated me with very little wait. They processed my request quickly and efficiently. I am completely satisfied with my experience.

It is supposed to have been open for 20 min. Already and on the phone, they say: "our offices are currently closed, please call back from 9 a.m." they have a voicemail .. but you cannot leave a message because it is full!

pity service via telephone, there is no operator and the services are poorly explained, it surprises me and no, that being a consulate they do not invest in minimum to have a good service ...... in the end they cut the call saying "ADIOS"

Absolutely discouraging. The automatic message suggests wrong extentions. I got an "Adios" for pressing 2 to get service in French. The website suggested by Service Canada and the one suggested by the automated voice messaging system are not working. I can't seem to find a way to get information as communication seems disfunctional. I vote 1 because 0 is not available
No one answers the phone, I need information to get certified copies of my degrees to get them recognized in Canada and nothing, there's no way to reach them by phone or email.
Terrible service! The tall woman with glasses that answers questions was very rude. I caught her 2 times giving me the wrong information and had to reconfirmed everything by showing her the website! This consulate is absolutely de-organized and the staff are unable to guide with visa questions
Always great service. I have processed my INE and my passport there without any problem. All very friendly. Do not forget to bring the identifications requested in advance or that you can only pay in cash for the procedures that require it (such as a passport).

It is true that they have problems with the answering machine, but I sent an e-mail with some questions and the next day they very skillfully called me back and resolved my doubts.

Nobody answers the phone. I need to get certified copies of my degrees to get them recognized in Canada what can I do? I cannot travel to Mexico and it's supposed it's their job to help us here but it seems no one cares! At least answer e mails from home if you're on a break!!!
It had been almost 2 months since we had applied for a passport renewal and we never received a call, email or letter in the mail telling us that the passport had arrived at the embassy. I called dozens of times at different times, but it's still an automatic message! They never answer the phone .... So finally we had to show up in person and the passport had indeed arrived for weeks! -____- ...
They have treated me in a friendly way and have given me answers or options to solve my requirements.
I must say the people there are very generous and willing to help, although their telephone doesn't work at all, but it's always better to go there directly, and show them all the documents as described on their website, things will go really smoooooothy!

Worst service Ever, 3 days trying to contact somebody to get information to travel to Mexico, anybody answers the phone, not counting that they don't answer emails either. And after all this time the mailboxes are full, so not even a chance to leave a message to see if somebody can answer a question.
Receptionist nice person but no knowledge whatsoever about visas, transit, etc.
I think they have a problem via telephone, an operator is missing, once they answered my phone they gave me the information I needed and they sent me my passport the day they told me. And in person the service is good and they help as much as possible.

You must understand their explanation, my case, request for temporary resident, with more attention I could have obtained permanent resident so I would have saved administrative costs.
