all staff were very helpful , kind , courteous , friendly & professional !!! they are a true reflection of all the great people of mexico !!! thank you ladies for truly helping us , as specially the visa lady who directed us to the correct information we needed to attain here in montreal where as we would have had to return to nova scotia for the information required !!!! :) you all made our experience a pleasant one !!!! thank you very much !!! :)
