Great place to work, Pools all over North East Ohio!

These people really know how to balance your water. My pool was green and within an our of their suggestions it was completely clear! The retail staff is very friendly and informative. I will never waste my time dealing with litehouse again!

Metropolitan pools is a great company to work for! I was able to work a lot to save up for school & the people I worked with were great. Great people to have in a work environment.

This pool company will not send someone out to look at your pool without first charging $150.00. That is without doing a single dollars worth of work. I was so disappointed that they would not even provide an estimate free of charge. I would not recommend this company.

Very disappointing. Website says they're open til 7, I pulled in at about 6:03 and they informed me that they close at 6 and didn't seem the slightest bit sorry about the inaccurate information. The person I spoke with sort of shrugged and said that they "don't have access" to fix it. I guarantee that someone in the organization does have access, but that nobody has bothered. Crappy first impression because of the outdated website info and it was made worse by the the fact that the woman I spoke with really didn't care. I received great service at the Litehouse Pools on Broadview Road.

People there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome service and advice.

Garbage company to work for. Beyond useless management. Not nearly enough pay.

Very surprised this company figured out something out on the first sentence of a review. And regardless of name used, I was employed by said company and that remains as a fact and my review is very much "valid". Fix your grammar while you're at it. You're an embarrassment at this point. How you've stayed afloat so long in business is the real question at this point.

The ladies at the desk ate wonderful and knowledgeable and have always taken care of any issues I've had with my pool. They are friendly and just great. Thank you

After speaking to numerous companies for service for our pool, we were directed to this company. WE were looking for someone that would replace our concrete deck. There was a little communication issue but I did speak with "Debbie" at the Amherst location. They have a commercial division and residential division. Our line is private. She indicated that "Chris" the manager had tried to call us several times. We were finally able to make a contact. "Chris" came out to inspect our pool, very nice man. Unfortunately they only place pool liners in, among other services, but they couldn't help us with the concrete deck. Chris was honest, gave some solid suggestions as to what we should have do to eliminate our pool.
I feel that he, Debbie and Denna are all honest. Know their industry and know their limitations. I appreciated his candor.
They have good ratings for their services. I would recommend them.

I keep calling to get on the schedule to clean my pool and keep being told he will call me back and never does never calls back

Great job that you can come back to every summer. Spending your summer lifeguarding by a pool definitely beats fast food restaurants or retail. The pools you work at are much less busy than over crowded city pools. Lots of hours and over time available if you want to work them. Flexible schedule. They offer lifeguard training if you aren't certified yet.

Customer service is out of this world! The rep i dealt with was helpful, knowledgable & took her time!

Terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone! I registered my kids months in advance and followed up with email. They took my money and couldn t careless to address my concerns. Paid for 4 classes when 10 were offered. Very much disappointed

The customer service has changed for the worst. Laurie W. Seems like it's a burden to assist people with their pool needs. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this pool store .

I worked for metro pools this summer and had an amazing experience! This is a great company led by wonderful and knowledgeable people.

THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED. CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT. IF THEY DON'T HAVE WHAT YOU NEED THEY CAN GET IT.
