Jeff is terrific! Not only did he spend time with me in person, explaining how my system works after checking out the batteries that needed to be replaced, he was also available on the phone for a follow up to confirm that I hooked them up correctly. Very patient and extremely knowledgeable!

Great place for training and there products and services
This place is the best. I was struggling with what to do with a 12 year old SumpPro 75 that was acting up. I drove it in, they ran diagnostic and just a simple terminal replacement was necessary. They fixed at no charge. Got the unit home and it now is functioning normally. They are honest, dependable and fair to the max.
Sump backup systems are not my expertise, so I feel fortunate to have customer service that takes me through troubleshooting my Sumpro 75 system in detail, as I like to understand each gadget in my house, especially when it come to water control.
Reese took me through what might be causing the problem and how to safely test it, and actually saved me time/grief by knowing how to diagnose it on my own going forward. It was an education for me, to say the least.

I had an issue with my refurbished Pump-pro. It resulted in the batteries being killed. They figured out the issue and said they are replacing the batteries with the unit repaired.
