They provide good service, all the staff is very friendly and they care for the patients. Sometimes the waiting time is longer that expected but always good service. Very convenient having doctors, pharmacy, dentist, vision, lab, and other services in the same place.

The attendants are very nice and kind. I didn't like the service provided by dentists who take too long for the treatment. The first time I went, they gave me a deep and anesthetic cleaning of my teeth along with the appointment. When I returned the following year, I had to pay for a consultation, after a month they put me in to clean, and still only did one quadrant of the mouth, and I paid again. What made me most angry was that they didn't notify me in advance that they were going to make this change to the procedures. So I went home with a quarter of my mouth clean to come back three more times to finish cleaning. Nonsense!!! I don't recommend it and I'll never come back!!
I had an appointment yesterday in the dental department and medical department. The experience was 100% positive from arrival to completion. Wait was not too long, check-in was efficient and the service I received was excellent. Highly recommend.

The people that attended me at my visit were polite and direct, I was able to get my immunizations and a couple other tests done in less than 30 minutes.

Everyone is very attentive to your needs and makes sure you have a smooth process when it comes to appointments. Dr. Calle and Dr. Rangel are THE BEST doctors. I trust them with my eyes closed. Love them so much! Damaris at the front is super sweet and always helpful. They are family to me! I recommend this clinic 1000%!
Friendly staff and experienced doctors and health professionals. Prepare to arrive 10-15 earlier to find parking and be prepared to walk a few blocks. Overall a good experience.

I want to refer to the 3rd level staff who are very rude and inconsiderate and have been not only on one occasion but several times. The doctors are very good and it is the only reason that I keep going but it seems correct to me that if they ask us to write a review also as administration and customer service of a service worthy of 5 stars.
Excellent doctors at disposal of all patients. Accepting new patients and willing to assist with every needs. All kind of practices, which makes easier for a family to go to check ups to same place.
