They will not answer emails and when you call just to ask simple information they should have they don t know, the answer is please email the question we will get the answer in 24 hrs 72hrs later no answer. My wife was in an accident when we were covered by one of the other major providers in the insurance game. Of course, my premium went up. Six months later we found ourselves buying a home. We were put in touch with Dawn through our real estate agent. She found us great rates on both home and auto, while keeping the auto premium slightly less than what we were paying with considerably better coverage!

Their P&C department is very friendly and diligent. They were able to get me better car insurance for a lesser price and also followed up near my renewal to make sure I was getting the best price still. They were able to lower my payment even more for the same coverage. I would definitely recommend at least contacting them to see what they can do for you.
