This review is in regards to Metronet overall. Giving one star for giving me the runaround for simply trying to cancel my service and they didn't process the request in time. Try to deduct the full bill amount via auto pay even though I cancelled auto pay through their website, and customer service assured me I would not be billed the full amount as I should have received a pro-rated final bill.
On top of this, to cancel service you have to bring your equipment to the closest Metronet location, and they don't give you the option to return via UPS, FedEx, etc. This is a ridiculous practice for a large communication company and they clearly have issues with documenting cancellation of service and processing cancellations in a timely manner.
Would recommend avoiding at all costs as they'll do their best to give you the runaround and try to bill you for services when a cancellation request was put in 3 weeks prior to the bill being due.
...Why is Metronet so awful???......Well, here is the reason, that is because the "owner" of Metronet,Inc., is "John Cinelli" who is a nefarious crook, and scammer, and that goes for his "employees" also.
...I would not recommend doing business with "Metronet".
