Tri-wire, Tewksbury Review

Adam did a very shoddy job! He has no sense at all...does not know the proper way to lay an outdoor cable wire! This whole experience has been a total nightmare!

I recently had Tri Wire install cable in my home in New York. They were professional and answered any questions that I had!! Highly recommended.

Tri Wire was sent as a contracted crew from Comcast to set up a new cable service. They correctly identified the problem, but provided no report to Comcast (which they claimed they were going to do), nor did they provide us with any follow up information. A week later, Comcast sent a new crew, who said the same thing they did. The new crew at least filed a report of what needed to be done. Comcast, which is about as efficient as our federal government, is working on sending the proper crew to set up cable. Tri Wire seems competent buy VERY irresponsible!

Unprofessional drivers!! Tailgated by an employee at night, who then passed us on a corner nearly causing a head on collision this evening!! I contacted corporate and the State police!! Truck # TW1046. We had two toddlers in the van. Shame on you!!!

After I quit the company they went in a customers house posing as me stole a Bunch of stuff and tried to blame it on me when the customer called Comcast to report it stolen. Just one example of the ethics at this company.

Triwire Engineering, Inc. employee damaged my fence while installing cable on behalf of Comcast Corporation. Appox cost of $500.00. Triwire Engineering, Inc. refused to take responsibility for the damages. Of course, I still had to pay installation fee. - M. Mall Lantana Florida

I don't know where this company finds their employees but they had better train them better and make them take a mandatory "DRIVING TEST WITH THE STATE D.M.V. " Because today one of their drivers in a "TRIWIRE Co. Truck" at 4:45pm on Wilson St approaching Walgreen's at street lights in a posted "30 MPH" zone was speeding and flew up behind my truck within only a few feet of my rear bumper!!! So I slammed on my brakes to make him back-off, but as I turned into Walgreen's parking lot, the male driver flipped me off!!! And I personally will find out who this driver was and turn him over to my son a NH STATE TROOPER FOR DRIVING TO ENDANGER AND SPEEDING ON A RESIDENTIAL STREET WHERE THERE ARE LITTLE CHILDREN RUNNING EVERY DIRECTION!!! So go ahead, fly down my city street again!!!
