Drama company. Invoicing goes wrong several times, they had lost the assignment, had to come several times to solve it. Different call-out charges included. Turns out to be a guarantee issue, but do not want to cooperate. Communication is very blunt and unfriendly.

Linthorst engaged for boiler maintenance, since our own engineer had retired: Annual contract signed, engineer comes by, after 10 minutes (he did not know how to open the boiler), 1 look at the boiler: Heat exchanger broken, repair towards 1000 .-
Given the age of the (Remeha) kettle early (14 years), but possible. Decided to go for a heat pump.
"Expert" comes by from Linthorst. It is almost impossible to get the house warm with a heat pump and solar panels can never provide enough energy. Heat pump of 16kW (!) Will be needed at least, despite the fact that I show with calculations that max. 6 kW should be sufficient.

Solar panels could come, for 2.50 per Wp. I thought she was kidding! (Installed for less than 1.00 per Wp, with a more luxurious inverter.)
Well, now 1 year later, another company has installed a 5 kW (!) Heat pump that has kept our house (spacious!) Warm (and still has 3 kW of electrical reserve, for extreme winters). And I keep energy from solar panels.
Linthorst apparently has to rely on lucrative new construction projects, with little knowledge of the facts.

Very bad company. Well knowledgeable staff and craftsmanship but billing is a tragedy. Incorrect invoices that are sent again 6 months after data. Travel costs calculated in advance. Work orders that have never been signed by the customer, but where a customer's signature is generated etc. And in case of problems, the customer is always blamed. Very customer unfriendly. In short, do not go into the sea.

Bad experience with the company. During maintenance appointment it was found that it was not familiar to use the boiler. We had good faith in the advice and therefore decided to install the new boiler at Linthorst and possibly also to take care of maintenance. Then the service unfortunately stops. We had to contact ourselves about receiving the invoice. Calling back about additional questions is also not done. A few weeks after paying the invoice of the new boiler we also received an invoice of the call-out costs. In my view, this invoice should be towards the customer as a courtesy. Contacted the customer service representative about this. Only get a question thrown in; where do I have to get that money from? It is a shame that the debt is deposited with the customer and that as a customer you do not feel that they want to keep you as a customer.
Unbelievable part of a geyser of a few tens, 5 minutes work, had to be ordered, count 2x hefty call-out costs 2x. Account of 300 euros. If I had known this, I would definitely have called another company. Mechanic was nice, also got coffee that I eventually had to pay for myself. I am on a campsite, and will certainly not recommend this company. But I read that I am not the only one with this problem. Sad

they manage our installations at Gele Rijders plein Arnhem. 4 years ago pump was replaced, now it is leaking again. no parts, now we have buckets around Christmas. No quality, no solution, I have an idea. Think ahead is totally out of the question, just take it out of your slogan. why install a pump in 2016 that is no longer in use? really incomprehensible.

I took an afternoon off to receive the mechanic from Linthorst Techniek. He would come between 2 and 4 am. He didn't show up. I called Linthorst Techniek at 4:15 and it turns out that they had not entered the appointment at all. It was not possible to send someone quickly. I find it really frustrating that Linthorst Techniek let me take an afternoon off, while I have deadlines at work, and don't have the resources for a quick fix. Not recommended.
