When it comes to customer service the are not on the ball. I always have and still get a shady feeling from them. I wouldn t buy bull$hit from them if I was a tomato farmer. Sorry I signed on the line! I love my Suzuki! BUT....
1. They smashed my new car through a third party getting my undercoating done. I had to wait a month to get my car back.
2. It came back with dents and scratches. No one knows so they must of been there!
3. I was never entered into the customer system so no one knew I was a customer.
4. Getting answers on my warranty was pretty much self service.
6. The $1000 protection undercoating is a joke before my 5 years were up my parts were rusted... and I am waiting for answers.
