after looking around, i was able to place a clear, specific order really easily. the screens came in a crazy cool wood boxed package. sadly, the screen clips i needed weren't in the package. i called & was treated in such a lovely & professional way. my customer service agent got the package of clips out in about 30 minutes & she sent them 2 day air!!
