Ryan Prentice was great and very helpful. He took his time with us. One thing we didn't care for was the additional cost for the alarm (not Ryan's fault). I wished it was an optional feature instead of forcing customers to pay for it. That's the only thing, other than that, the car we bought is great and the price was really good.

Came in to Metro Honda today to purchase a vehicle for my daughter that is graduating next month as a surprise. I was greeted with good customer service and very polite staff.Our sales representative John Torres went the extra mile to make my daughters dream come true. He made the process from start to finish very easy and stress-free thank you to all the staff at Metro Honda for all the hard work they put in to making this deal happen sincerely the Garcia family. P.s. make sure you ask for John Torres to make your buying experience very pleasant because this man will make it happen.

This is my third Accord purchase. Great experience every time.

Update: 4/30/2021 When I looked over my contract the following day, I saw that I had purchased an appearance protection plan offered by Portfolio Protection. It's a warranty for protecting the paint and interior fabric. I didn't recall the finance writer offering me that as an option to purchase. He did explain that the dealership had a program where they would take care of any damage to the interior fabric from stains from drinks etc, and the exterior paint from environmental mishaps, but never offered it as an option to buy or decline. They go over the contract paperwork with you and I declined the upgraded alarm feature they offered. I felt mislead about the purchase so I called the following morning and spoke to the finance department and told the gentleman that I had a question about the portfolio protection limited warranty plan, but he referred me to speak to a manager right away, and when I was transferred to a manager, I mentioned my question about the portfolio protection plan, and all of a sudden he couldn't hear me. He said "hello" then I said "hi, can you hear me now?" And continued to talk, but then he hung up on me. So I called right back and the reception knew it was me because she said that their phones act funny sometimes (she had prior knowledge that the manager hung up on me), so I asked to be transferred to a manager, and she said that he was walking around and took down my name and number so he can call me back, but 10 minutes later, the sales guy whom helped me the day prior, called me instead from his personal phone and knew I had a question about that plan. He explained that they have a company spray all their vehicles prior to selling them and that I would have that same charge on my other car purchase contracts. I looked on the 2018 and 2020 accord purchase contracts, and that protection warranty buy was not on those contracts. I'm very disappointed in the manager that pretended to have a bad connection and hung up on me, then made the receptionist aware of what happen so that he didn't have to take my call, and go over that policy I wasn't aware I was paying for. The experiences I've had purchasing vehicle's was very good until now. I'm disappointed for being mislead about the paint and interior protection warranty, and for being treated very disrespectful by that manager who pretended having a bad connection, and hung up on me, so that he wouldn't have to take my call. I didn't know Honda pushed those type of warranties on their customers. I guess I'm going to have to pay for that warranty that I'm never gonna use, but I will never give this dealership my business again. I was a lifelong customer, with 3 vehicles to show how committed I was to this dealership, and was planning a 4th lease/buy in the next 6 months, but I feel now that I cannot rely on, or trust management.

On the photos uploaded, you will see the statement that says that the customer does not have to purchase the warranty to get financed, or purchase a vehicle.

Hands down the best dealership to work with in buying a car! John Torres was EXCELLENT in helping me get out of my Toyota lease and into a Honda Accord! I highly recommend working with John Torres he is very honest and upfront with your purchase! He explains everything in detail and answers all questions. Thank you John Torres for all your help! Metro Honda give that guy a raise!!! He deserves it!

After going back and forward with Penske, Riverside, and Spreen Honda in Corona, I was able to have a strong business relationship with Yanosy Burmudez. He provides you with extraordinary service, follow-ups, and does not try to sneak in anything into the purchase price unlike other dealers. He made my first-time purchase a smooth process. He provides trust and value into what he does and he outliers all other salespeople from other Honda dealers. As an individual that is in the sales business, I approve! 10/10!

Me and my girlfriend went in to look for a new car for her. Jimmy was helping us out and he made the whole process so easy and smooth. Jimmy was very helpful throughout the whole buying process and made the purchase so comfortable and answered all of our questions and was able to get us a great deal on a new car. A huge thank you to John Torres for helping us out. We leased a 2019 Honda Accord back in Nov 2019, came In today to lease a brand new 2021 Honda Civic! Awesome and very helpful man!!
