STAY AWAY !!!!! Long wait times. Front desk and techs are extremely NASTY and RUDE. You will wait hours for your appointment so don t bother going early. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. So many other better facilities.
I would give zero stars if possible. Office staff is rude and dismissive. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. They cannot even accommodate the number of people in their waiting socially distanced. Find another radiologist. Save yourself the aggravation.
I cannot speak to the quality of the imaging. The wait is appalling. Promised by reception desk to be seen promptly, I am waiting as of the time of this writing for 1 & 3/4 hours. I am alone in the waiting room and the staff are at lunch. Do not go here if you have any other demands on your time.
Front desk is rude and I had a horrible experience with mammography. On top of that their billing system is archaic and outdated. They have no idea what e-billing is and like to create paper waste. Go to another facility.
I agree with many of the other reviewers. The front desk is nasty and rude. They are also rude to my doctor's office that makes referrals to this office. Canceled my appointment and going to White Plains instead.
I've only had very good experiences at this facility, whether x-rays, ultrasounds or MRIs. Not quite sure why my experiences are so different but ... I recommend them!
I have been going there for 10 years and think they are dedicated and wonderful people.
Beware of this place. They tried to force me to get a head x-ray when I went there for an ankle MRI, because I once had a minute piece of metal removed from my eye over 10 years ago. I provided written proof at their request from Westchester Advanced Imaging (WAI) that it was safe to scan me. WAI had done countless MRIs over the past 7 years, since having open heart surgery. Even with all the proof they refused, "saying it was for my own safety" fore which it was not. It clearly was so they could create extra billable codes to the insurance. Personally I believe their actions may be illegal and also manipulative towards patients when they need to get a scan asap.
That's 2 1/2 hours of my live waiting there I'll never get back.
