They helped my family when the DHS office, (where our taxes go for us to be able to go there for help) turned us down for Our consumer shut off...just $363.00 (approx). It was like -20 outside for like a month. My husband was only one working. making $318 a wk. Full time MTA driver....i had just lost my job due to transportation bc of weather. Our daughter was 14 at the time....I told the guys at DHS. U have the truth, the numbers they dont lie...u even said it urself...its NOT THERE!!" Long story short....DHS refused to help amd took their precious time getting me the denial letter so GCCARD could send the Promissory Note & connection wouldnt b disrupted...but they let it get shut off for the entire nite.....i should have sued honesty. My child could have died. Im from KY i don't have family or friends ya kno. All we have is Christ. And Christ lead Us to GCCARD.......

The employees were very pleasant and helpful not like the ones I had the displeasure to dealing with on my last visit. Daughter was going to put in a complaint !!!!

Social distancing practiced - mask worn - staff knowledgeable of programs available - information was easy to digest- transparency and realistic expectations given - was pleasantly surprised by all the programs available to local residents

Awesome with the help and the courtesy was very much up too par

Was good and not open too the public have to make arrangements.
