I recently bought a merlyn shower door from a online plumbing company. I did not check all the merchandise on receipt, when I did the shower profile was damaged and could not be fitted, the company I bought it from would not entertain a replacement and quoted they were within their rights not to replace it. I rang Merlyn Showering direct to ask if I could purchase one and was pleasantly surprised to find they would not only replace one free of charge but had it delivered within four days of my phone call. Their customer care service is impeccable.

Merlyn Showering provided the shower screen for my en suite. Service was prompt and professional. When a minor issue arose the staff were endlessly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I would not hesitate to recommend them or their products. Five stars.

This has been the best experience i have has with a company in many years. Quick response time and very helpful. Replaced shower door parts as a gesture of goodwill and advised me how to look after the enclosure going forward. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Merlyn Truestone shower tray after 5 years , was advised to use white vinegar by Merlyn after sales , And a copy of the after care saying it has a 5 year guarantee..

Fantastic product. I would recommend that it takes two to fit an 8mm screen. The instructions aren't great
