I recently bought a merlyn shower door from a online plumbing company. I did not check all the merchandise on receipt, when I did the shower profile was damaged and could not be fitted, the company I bought it from would not entertain a replacement and quoted they were within their rights not to replace it. I rang Merlyn Showering direct to ask if I could purchase one and was pleasantly surprised to find they would not only replace one free of charge but had it delivered within four days of my phone call.
