So disappointed to have bought my cash register from them. It is not at all suitable for a clothing business. It is not at all practical or playful and all the packs are chargeable, which is expensive. The training offered by distance is not clear. After several training sessions I still can't do the basic manipulations. After-sales service is chargeable. I do not recommend this type of device at all.
Nothing to say about cashier software, although the training during the start was very succinct and made by someone who did not seem to control the product. The hotline is effective if you come across the right people ... I bought two applications "pockets" that are unsuitable for our operation but of course I am told that it is not refundable .. .
I advise you against zero after sales service if you have a problem you have to pay and in addition you have to call and it costs 35 centime for the minute and the waiting period can be 30 minutes and can be more to only answer after there is the maintenance period

Very good checkout system, we also use the clyo mobility app for the service and we are very satisfied. I highly recommend. If there is a problem with the cash register, I call the hotline, they remotely take control of my cash register and they solve the problem directly for me. No need to wait for the technician to come. And that, in times of rush it's worth gold
Super software with an ultra grip made easy by ergonomics at the top. A commercial, and a comprehensive consulting service, which allows my company to make cashing with ease. I highly recommend this software be it Android version for faster cashing or Windows software for more complete cashing. Thanks to the whole team.
Very good software, intuitive, easy to use and the material is extremely resistant, even at the pizzas station invaded by flour dust. The hotline is efficient, listening and especially developers are patient .... with neophytes like us! I specify that we have been a customer for 5 years, and apart from a printer that has fallen, everything works perfectly. Congratulations and continue well.
5 stars to rate requires a minimum of explanation especially when it is bad. I will therefore cut my note into 5 themes (software, hardware, sales, support and training) themselves noted out of 5 and the final note will be the summary. Namely, I never put the extreme notes 0 and 5. Other details: This is my very first business and through my professional life I have worked on "back-office" systems directly connected to POS systems. Software (4/5): It is quite complete. A number of functions / reports proposed necessary and sufficient. We always want more but it's "must". It is user-friendly, ergonomic and fairly easy to use when you are comfortable with it. Material (2.5 / 5): Beautiful design. A little expensive. Brittle. Push button "power" already broken (yet we are not bullies). Problems with the ticket printer which regularly does not want to print (very penalizing when a customer wants his ticket and there is a queue). But is it hardware or software (Windows, driver, ...) Commercial (0.5): So here we are close to the dotted zero. I acknowledge that the sales department was able to sell me the solution. However after that it is a complete flat encephalogram. I have never known a box with such little (no) empathy for the customer. I write this comment because it's been 15 days since I request support and commercial service without any call from them since. More than astonishing. Support (1,5): Do not go through with the resolutions with the client. Display amount on TPE: "buy the right cable", not resolved. Discrepancies in accounting export: "Why are you sending me your file?", Still not resolved. No ticket printing: "Shut down your PC and Printer every evening", not resolved despite the application of the instruction and at least 3 calls. And when the contract expires then: "you are no longer under contract, I cannot do anything for you" even if an incident has lasted for several weeks ... Documentation / Training (2/5): Too succinct (1h30) for such a complete system, especially when it is your first experience. We had to tamper all alone ... at the risk of making mistakes. You have to cry to get more training and I don't think I got it. There is documentation, of course, but we regularly see that the menus, the functionalities, the parameters do not correspond to your tools. The documentation is therefore not updated.
Very disapointed ; I've been waiting for a technician to call me for three days; no communication from the salesperson; no response to my emails. And I paid 3000 ... To have only material and ZERO services. I really don't recommend it!
Very happy with my cash system clyo systems. Customer service and technical service are at the top. Always available to help me in my different queries. I highly recommend !!
High-performance POS solution, the software is intuitive, the remote control is easy to use, and as for the printers in the kitchen, nothing wrong. For my part I do not see any negative points.

Surprisingly surprised. Really good value for money. I didn't expect to get used to the interface so quickly (which is also visually pleasing) ... Very simple and apparently very complete because I haven't yet used all the features. We had directed our choice towards two other software (before taking this one) that we could not handle and whose interface was lame ...
I highly recommend. We didn't even need to move ... we spoke to a sales representative on the phone, bought directly by credit card, after being treated to a 15-minute demonstration (which really showed us the most we had need). Receipt of the equipment that we have plugged in ... and everything was already pre-installed! we needed a little help, and the support took control of our crate to guide us ... (the guy was a bit freaky, but ultimately nice!)
Small problem, we waited at least 5 minutes on the phone to get support ...
The software is good despite the hardware that slows it down a lot ... But hey, I can't afford a new computer and all the equipment that could accommodate the software. On the other hand, since the transition to standard NF525, obligation to subscribe to a maintenance contract at 29 / month excluding tax. And for my part, the updates were only made at my request and not systematically. As a result, I hung around with obsolete software for several months until I decided to call the service hotline, which is not free either !! 35 euro cents per minute and the wait is sometimes long! The technicians are doing what is necessary. But I had made the request to seek to develop a button for quick access to credit notes on customer accounts (which would prevent me from distributing credit tickets each time), and this request was never taken into consideration. .... To summarize: good software in itself, but expensive in terms of maintenance since you pay a maintenance contract that you do not use every month and in addition when you need support (although sometimes effective), you pay dearly for the telephone communication. Requests made to develop and improve the software, but always went unanswered. In the end, this famous standard benefited a lot of POS software vendors at the expense of small merchants like me.
Great solution; very happy with the software that I have for 5 months, I installed it myself just with the help of you technician of clyo, and it is nickel. I also took a mini cash register for the waitress in the second room, and it saved us a lot of time. I recommend.
It has been three and a half years since the company Hardwood Burger Bar uses clyo syteme as cashing software. The software is very intuitive and quality. We are developing and there is no doubt that clyo system will be of the party.
Where to start, except that I am terribly disappointed with CLYO System !! To signed a purchase order, sent the check ect ... no problem. Demonstration in screen sharing, good. In short, all is almost well. Upon receipt of the material, not a thing goes wrong. They sell me a "professional" PAD which is nothing more than a vulgar ARCHOS Core 55p cell phone for less than 100 euros in the store, which charged us no less than 800 euros, without protection. A device not at all suitable for the brewery! Printers which do not connect to the cash register, in the kitchen we had to have a WIFI printer, we end up with a wired one that I cannot install because it is too far from the cash register. Here are now 9 days that I send emails, calls (billed because 0 800) and no responses !! It's scandalous ! In any case I recommend this collection solutions.

Very good cashier software. Be careful though if you use it on a computer not dedicated to the cashier. Firewall errors can disrupt the software. We will take the extension that will allow our customers to view our dishes, order and pay remotely. Competent staff. To recommend.
I use it for 5 years. Quite a few crashes. Impossible to print the fence in pdf (systematic crash) to have a readable backup at any time outside the cash register. Clyo never wanted to solve the problem without my purchasing a 1-year maintenance package when the problem comes from the software. I will surely resolve myself to be able to have my data and be able to change the software. I do not recommend.
Very good simple, intuitive collection solution with lots of possibilities of evolution. Fast operation with full adapted statistics and access to C.A. on the smartphone. I really do not regret this solution.
