Meridian Pacific is a great company to work with. I have multiple properties with them and plan on purchasing more in the future.

They are very professional and respond to every request in a timely manner. It is very comforting to know I will get a quick response to an email request or they are a phone call away. Initially, I was a little apprehensive about investing in out of state properties that I had never visited or knew much about. They provided plenty of data to support their business model and it was apparent they had done their research and knew their business.

Meridian has made the whole experience of purchasing an investment property very seamless. Since they handle finding a tenant and managing the property after the purchase, it really is a 'one stop shop'. I would recommend Meridian to any investor.
