I would highly recommend Meridian Pacific Properties to any investor looking to improve their real estate portfolio. Having owned and managed several of my own rental properties in California, I greatly appreciate having a full-service company take care of all of the work for me. Meridian offers well-built homes, a responsive property management team and my returns on their TN homes are nearly twice what I was making in CA. The first two properties I purchased have performed so well that I am currently in the process of purchasing a third. It s a much safer investment than anything else available today.
