This is our third time cruising with Mercury. We were fully prepared to hear the same tour again, but Mark surprised us with a fun and awesome tour. He s got some real cheesy puns for those of us who love dad jokes!
Entertaining and informative! Mercury, Chicago's Skyline Cruiseline is awesome. Friendly and professional. Extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this to everyone. Not the typical tourist bus.

Had a great time on this shore line Cruise of downtown Chicago. we visited the downtown area multiple times but never have seen the skyline from the water, it was so worth it! Great thing to do on a hot day in downtown Chicago with a reasonable cost.
This was a better than expected tour. Blanca was our guide and she made it really fun. The architecture details were also better than expected. It was cool to actually go through the locks and then head out to the lake. I would highly recommend.
Our team had an AWESOME outing on the Urban Architecture tour and our guide Sara was AMAZING! The views were incredible. It really show cased Chicago's beauty. And Sara kept us entertained with bad puns and Chicago trivia. I highly recommend this tour. It was well worth it!
My family took the 10:15am Urban Adventure ride today and it was a great way to see and learn about the city, even our 6 and 9 year old enjoyed it. Our tour guide, Keeling was knowledgeable and entertaining. The boat was full, but not overcrowded so you could move around easily.
I booked out an entire Mercury Cruise Line boat for a private Chicago Architecture tour for my family and friends in the summer of 2019. They had very good rates compared to other competitors and allowed us to bring our own food and non-alcoholic drinks onto the boat. For their on site bar, we were given the option to let them charge our card or have our guests pay (we opted to charge our card for non-alcoholic drinks). This was a big deal since many other competitors require you to use their food vendors and the cost becomes quite high per person.
They had a capacity of 111 ppl for the boat we rented. It s not a fancy ship but it had everything we needed, top deck had rows of seats and bottom deck had a few large tables and more seating (for the older members of the group that didn t want to sit under the sun).
I appreciated their pricing, flexibility and responsiveness when organizing my event. I would recommend them for anyone who is considering booking out a private boat tour.
The cruise was excellent and our guide Sara was fantastic and informative. Got some great photos of Chicago.
