Mercure hotel Review

Not a good experience. Poor service in the restaurant and bar in the evening an not clean in the public areas. Such a shame!

Very good this place, very easy to find. Not too wide of the city.

Kind people. But probably understaffed.But due to Accor company policy poor service: in full vacation time, breakfast only till 9h30 though completely overflowed. Lunch only till 14h30. If you miss it bad luck since no room service. It it just a better BB or Ibis but service not at premium Novotel level. Maybe this is due to overall poor french service culture. But for Novotel I expected better.
Rooms and beds are good.
Swimming pool also.

Very calm and peaceful unlike city hotels, lots of activities to do in hotel, ample space to roam around. Breakfast was delicious with loads of variety, fresh orange juice is a treat. Stayed for 5 days and enjoyed my time.
Close to aeroville and business centres plus the airport which saves you a lot of hassle for commuting.

Rooms were spacious and tidy. Overall 5/5 for novotel.

Good reception, pity, we were in the part under construction

Remarkably bad. The desk clerk first gave us a smoking room, then a room where the toilet was not working. And the room was like a Motel 6 in the US. For over $200/day, this is truly the worst room & service that my wife and I have encountered.

The sound in this Saint-Witz store is very good, the image quality is superb, the team of employees is impeccable, the wait goes quickly and if you're a little greedy, there are plenty of candies and ice cream mmhhhhh. I validate and recommend this movie to everyone !!!

Very comfortable hotel, spacious room, the restaurant has a good menu, rich breakfast, a beautiful park with small rabbits.
The staff is welcoming and friendly. I recommend if you are in the area. Note that it is close to ASTERIX park.

It's 3 years that I stop here now. Good location for mobility. Not for families... It is more a business oriented venire. Average food.. some other restaurants in the surrounding. Good value for Money.

Stay one night. Home not nice and rather expeditious on arrival. Room on the ground floor with strong smell of sewage and air conditioning at 19 degrees while it is 30 outside. Household not done or fast done: projection of white drop on the mini bar and inside brown york at the level of the evacuation and next to no bacteria !, food packaging on the shelves in the entrance, floor of the shower very Slippery, batteries put upside down in the remote and a lot of noise in hotel from 7am. Disappointing breakfast: staff not smiling see tense between them and completely overwhelmed, no plates, ... At the time of departure not a word from the staff. We are used to novotel but here very disappointed! I do not recommend this one who does not deserve his stars!

Room very clean and spacious, perfect home. Meal at the restaurant ok. Small flat for the staff that lacks a little training: familiar customers and pack of cigarettes beyond the back pocket. But 5 stars for their kindness. Very good breakfast

Bar service: obliged to ask someone at reception because nobody comes.
The children who run in the corridor until midnight, nobody says anything ... Normal?
Breakfast: do not expect an incredible thing ... there is a choice but the pastries are either dry (from the day before) or undercooked (raw in, see cold yet frozen what), the cheese which has 2 colors, inedible.
Pressed fruit juice? Cut with water right? because very clear color for Orange juice it was yellow and not orange and very fluid texture.
Bedding: very soft mattress. You have to love .. I came out with a backache and two nights without sleeping.

The toilet flush in the bedroom only worked once in 2 ... And no toilet brush ...

Our flight was cancelled and we were placed in this hotel. We arrived for check in with 50 people and they handled everything professionally and efficiently. They also organized a last minute breakfast for us. Great service and nice rooms.

I booked a room for 4 people including a 2 month old infant and a 6 year old girl in the Novotel Saint Witz.
A horror, a horror film under the bed and in the 4 corners of the room; a layer of dust for 2 months. My 6 year old daughter found a used handkerchief at the foot of the bed, bolts, sharp screws and debris from cardboard boxes. Broken baseboards, scorch marks on the floor and mold. In this period of invasion of bed bugs, the room had all the characteristics to promote their proliferation.
I went to the reception to complain, who came to see. She was horrified by the state of my room, especially since the housekeeper came to check before we arrived.
The receptionist has decided to change me room, she takes me to another room supposed to be ready ... I arrive in a room that has not been made despite the availability of this room on her software .
She decides to upgrade me. I arrive in the room which is in the same condition as the first without the used handkerchief. The receptionist makes another 3 more bedrooms; they were all 3 disgusting, a horror! And to that is added a smell of mold. The receptionist was perplexed and very embarrassed ... At 10:30 pm you will understand that with a 2 month old infant and a 6 year old girl it was impossible for me to go on an adventure to find another hotel. So I agreed to take room 181 which was in a similar filthy state without the smell. I have with me a significant amount of photos of this situation, and I want to send them to you so that you can see the excesses that made my stay horrible. Your hotel ruined my night and that of a family traumatized by the state of insalubrity and danger.

Home, cleanliness, location, availability of staff and friendliness, everything was perfect ... Very nice and pleasant with a bar and a super restaurant and breakfast, to redo

Rooms are bit small. No lift. Need to carry your luggage to the first floor. Breakfast service was very bad. Nothing was sufficient and need to keep on asking for them to refill the buffet

The rooms were very good, but the streets outside the hotel were totally dirty.

Hotel very clean and quiet. Has a secure parking. Staff at the top and doing everything to find a solution is satisfying you. Thanks to her. She will recognize herself for the impression of the concert place. I highly recommend.

The restaurant is horrible !!! Do not go except to laugh !! You never have what you order, I went there 5 times. On the other hand the rooms nice and clean, the girls of the hospitality super. There are video games in the lobby, a small but fun bar, a pool I've never seen, badminton rackets, and an atrocious restaurant.
The restaurant really denotes, the staff is not nice, the chef ditto, the waiters do not speak good French, frankly I have not often seen so bad. And it is very expensive for a dish mystery (avocado salad without avocado but with green apple, and without warning of change ... 18 without any excuse!)
Breakfast 18 50 is a heresy !!!

All good. Young staff but at our service for any request. Outdoor space and activities definitely a plus and clean pool. They ordered sunshine for the morning splash in the pool. Kids lived to play in the dedicated corner as standards in novotel. Will improve the food at the restaurant. Meat was good but would like vegetarian dish less oily.
