Great hotel, kids friendly. The there are 3 pools, one of it has a water slide. Kids would be thrilled to stay in this hotel

Decades before this old hotel was acquired by international chain Mercure, it belonged to Horison group, a local hotel chain. My parents used to take me there to enjoy the beach and swimming pool. Big room, sea facing, equipped with small balcony. Breakfast is nice, but substandard to other 4-star rated hotel in the city. Mercure completed the swimming pool with slides.

The place is nice, the rooms are nice too, but the price is expensive

The food is delicious ... the service is satisfying ... right next to the beach near the Wara Wiri bus stop for Ancol keliling ... the swimming pool has a slide ... there are futsal facilities ... volleyball and badminton ...

Located in the Ancol Jaya Dream Park complex, just by walking we can enjoy the atmosphere of Ancol well, whether Pago or in the afternoon, this hotel is crowded with people when on vacation

The room is spacious, the bathroom is big. Direct view of hang gliding. Premium toiletries.

We got renovated room and it was very nice. The view is great, location is awesome.
Mercure still have to work on some things like check-in / check-out process. it was so long resulting to long queues so it's a bit annoying.
Other than that, I love the stay in mercure

This hotel used to be the best in Jakarta. Unfortunately beach abrasion damages the back of the hotel.

The hotel is comfortable with rooms that I think are quite spacious. The food is delicious. The breakfast is okay. Swimming pool is also okay for kids. Clean and satisfying.

Overall I'm satisfied with the staff, very friendly and helpful, my kids also love the swimming pool, but the kids area little bit old, with the toys outdated (PS2? come on), I also got old room with lot of stain in the roof, with the amount that I have to pay it's not the kind of room that I expected, for comparison with the same amount that I paid I got a lot better new room and kids area in other hotel in bandung (The Tr*** Luxury).

Once again, your staff is really kind and helpful, but for the same amount and old room I don't know if I will back again.

The towels were not ready at all. We had to wait hours just to get towels. The lock on the door was broken. This hotel is overrated.

I don't think it's a mercury, in any case the service and the quality of the equipment prove it except the room which is good.
Nothing works, I mean, the luggage does not arrive in the room, game room even the billiards have the balls which go only on one side, not leveled.
Breakfast, nothing for an expat, even dinner, the restaurant is not big enough to accommodate everyone, suddenly being jostled I went out without eating anything, only one coffee machine in operation, the result was a large queue with highly educated clients who pass without dedication in front of everyone.
Pools everyone is dressed, hello microbes, the establishment does not impose swimsuits. Staying for 4days in this hotel for training. First impression is honest staff-I left my mobile in restroom,they kept it safe until I get it back at reception.Room is quite clean.There is quite many alternative in breakfast buffet, but please consider to have more variety of menu, because many guests are staying more than 1 day for training purpose..Please improve cleanliness and pest control at restroom ground floor

It has offers in Buchenk at an excellent price, clean and good pool and close to the beach

To many people during eid mubarak, AC on lobby not cool enough. other wise is good
