I didn't expect the food menu here was very ordinary. Even though the expectations for this hotel are very high. If the room is pretty good

The room is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious. There is a balcony, so it's better if you get a top floor room, you can see the ocean view. Close to the gondola / cable car. It's just that access to the meeting room area is quite confusing and the ceiling is too low. The food is delicious.

A nice hotel with beach access and large park for outbound activities, large bedroom, surrounded by sea world, dunia fantasi, art gallery, beach, eco park, and restaurant.

Overall OK, just dissapointed with reception, day 2 Key in my room can't open, cause they just install it for 1day even they know i check in for 2days,my family wait in front of room with my sons and little baby for almost 15minutes,cause i must take a line in front of reception with other guest who want to check in and check out, there's no priority line to help more faster, it's same happen when we are check in or check out,its really wasting time, u must separate line for people who check in and line for check out

The hotel is comfortable and has an outdoor swimming pool located diancol and quite close to various rides and entertainment centers ditancol

Welcomed cordially by the front security, the check-in process is rather long and there is a miss between my order via traveloka with the officer fo, then the new room is ready for 15.00 to fill the free time before entering the room my child can play in a fairly complete play room toys and good hygiene, then swimming in the swimming pool which is not big enough, but it is quite fun for children, especially equipped with a spiral slide which makes it even more exciting. For my room, I was quite satisfied because it was comfortable, the size was also wide ... I was lucky because the deluxe type order was upgraded to a super deluxe with a newly renovated building with a view to the beach with a balcony, compliment the room and good condition. For breakfast menus the variations are great and it tastes good. All staff were friendly and greeted and very helpful if we asked. Overall satisfied and plan to return to stay if there is a chance.

I like the restaurant the most. The food is quite complete, ice cream is also available. When I went up to the elevator, I met the guest who brought the bed. I asked if I could bring an extra bed, his wife said, instead of ordering extra bed in an expensive 400-room hotel, I could bring my own bed. Finally I also took the bed, which I had brought in the car.

Free Ancol tickets 2 people + 1 vehicle but first enter as usual pay then ask for a receipt in the sky, until the hotel checks in first to the room like customer service to request specimens. Bring the specimen & receipt of the ticket to the exit (1x24hours since the entry time is afraid to expire), then the money we pay in the front wall is returned in full.

Booking at traveloka 3 weeks before Sunday. Order a standard twin bed room until there is a free upgrade to get a view room with a highway. The lobby area is around 4org standby. Comfortable room, swimming pool, children's play area (playland + bath ball) trampoline etc. Syg access to the beach has been closed for jetski asian games.

It's so groovy... It's in the middle of Pantai Indah kapuk close to Dunia fantasi, SeaWorld, ecopark, and so on... It's a full pleasure area nearby...

Now this hotel has not had its own beach since it broke up the partnership with Ancol. Different time horizons where the hotel is very united with the beach.

For the second time, I stayed at the Mercure Ancol Hotel. Even though access to Ancol must be paid back, that's fine. Many restaurants are mushrooming in Ancol. Hotel services? Don't ask Satisfying. Spry and fast when I book a room with a sea view. Breakfast? Abundant and delicious. Well, here's the problem. Since the Jakarta floods, an outbreak of diarrhea has been rampant. They get diarrhea from eating dirty food and instant noodles. But on the right and left front table behind even the tip, visitors leaving a plate of whole bread, fruit plate whole, countless number of sunny eggs, meat and plate plates etc. Do not start just as a company gathering visitors, the moral as a human being is lost. The staff and chefs wake up at dawn to prepare breakfast so delicious. Only you guys are hungry, the restaurant staff was sad to throw it away. There is silh writing to take enough food. But not big Mr or Mrs Manager ..... Other hotel hotels have implemented large red writing and are also on each table. The rest, have to pay !!! All you can eat restaurants are just a warning in every inch. Hopefully my proposal is accepted and the Mercure Ancol Hotel is getting better in the eyes of sane tourists. Regards

This place is ok, location is good, near to city, play ground, entertainment. But if holiday season n peak season this place is like a taditional market full of people. Cleaness need more improve, service of staff also slow respon. In short this hotel isn't resort.
