Just purchased a car at Mercedes of Tampa. You have to give them a try. They will go out of their way to get and keep your business. I have only purchased a few cars in my life but this was the best experience so far.

Ask for Derek Rodriguez, he is the best. He will get you into the right car for you at the right price. Call him up and check it out. Tell them that John B. sent you in.

I am completely disappointed!! This is my first Benz I purchased and I took it to this dealership for the A service for oil change etc.. They ended up replacing stuff without my consent? It's not the $, it is the principle. As at other dealerships I have been to Cadillac, BMW etc. always call you first and tell you what they recommend and ask if you would like them to replace it first. This dealership does not! Will NOT be going back here!

This week, I brought my car in twice for separate indicator light warnings on my dashboard. Since I was in the area, I stopped by the Mercedes Benz of Tampa Service department. Both times, I was greeted quickly & courteously. Both visits required minimal waiting despite not having an appointment. The "triage staff" did an amazing job addressing my concerns as well as Stephen King, my service advisor, who had me back on the road in no time. Keep up the great work! I appreciate your efficiency.

Jaleel is top rate in customer service and he handles all my needs with poise and confidence passing on a feeling all will be done perfectly. So for over 12 years I have never been disappointed in his work or recommendations.

Unfortunately he was off so was not able to assist me I was quite surprised when I asked for a shuttle to pick up my car I was told that they were too busy and we re all booked up it s very disheartening that they couldn t even attempt to fit me in as I had no means to pick up my vehicle when I mentioned it to the operator that my vehicle is going to have to stay there because I have no way of getting it she simply just said OK thanks bye very very disappointed with the concierge service

Outstanding service. My ancient, 2007, beautiful, low mileage black Mercedes required a part that had to be assembled in Germany. Mercedes-Benz of Tampa, without any obligation to do so, provided a 2017 Mercedes as a loaner until the part could be assembled, shipped from Germany and installed into my black beauty. Regardless of the age of your Mercedes, whether vintage or new, Mercedes-Benz of Tampa is the place that you should bring it to for maintenance and repairs. Jesus Valiente, the Mercedes Benz Of Tampa employee, made all of this happened with great courtesy.

Service was great. Car was done well, quickly and they had a loaner car. Tampa Mercedes seems to rise above many of the other dealers. Many steps above the South Orlando Dealer! I am disappointed in my center piano-black console fading and turning colors already. It looks terrible and is unacceptable for a new 2017 model. Replacement cost is over $700 and it is not warranty covered because I have 90k miles on my car. I drive ALL the time. Regardless, this is clearly a manufacturing defect- one you can read all about online. Many are replacing the console for the wood Black-Ash one. I love my e300, and my wife loves her new GLC300, but Mercedes not standing behind the replacement of this center console will push me to try Audi when these two cars need to be replaced.

I took my son's car (ML550) with a check engine light as one mechanic prior told me there wasn't much he could do as he didn't have the software/tools to work on the car but could only give me his opinion of what was wrong considering it was a manufacturer part failure. That was on 9/04/2020, and after, they claimed they did 5,500 dollars worth of repairs to the electrical system that was essential for the engine to work again. A day later, after I pick up my son's car, the same check engine light comes back on. I go back to the dealership furious because I just shelled out 5,500 dollars for a "repair" that didn't even fix the car's issue. I am not providing another 7,500 for more repairs in which I did not consent to and after management personally said they would take care of it to retain my customer satisfaction. They went back on their word and claimed that the total repairs would come out to 13 thousand, hence the 7,500 I have refused to provide, and without my consent claimed to have done more with the fuel injector and engine gaskets. At this point, I do not believe anything they have said they have done. The car has been sitting there for over a month completely dismantled. I called corporate, and they said there is nothing they could do. The man who handled the servicing of my car, Jesus Valiente, will not even provide me the order receipt for the parts ordered as claimed to have been replaced in my car!
BUYER BEWARE!

Update:
I've just noticed the reply from the general manager below, but when I tried to contact him last week, I could not get a callback after multiple attempts and a voice mail, simply asking for a courtesy call back. Almost no one in the service department answers the phone. I always get sent to voicemail. I was finally able to get my son's car back after about two months total in wasted time with this back and forth with Mercedes. The car still isn't fixed as they claimed. The glowing check engine light remains. I hope no one else has to go through what I've gone through, and it seems Mercedes Benz of Tampa is in constant a habit of overcharging for either shotty work or no work at all.

Very Very disappointed.

Very Very disappointed.

I own a 2008 GL450 Mercedes and this is probably the worst investment ever and Mercedes of Tampa must be pleased to constantly work on that Truck. Been there almost 6 times already within the past 9 months and spent roughly $10,000 on repairs. I just picked up the Truck 2 weeks ago after they replaced another collapsed Air suspension only to realize that the Truck had absolutely no oil in it, (Keep in mind I did oil change 4 months ago and there's no oil stain in my Garage) Steering wheel is very stiff, feels like am driving a semi truck, The Truck vibrates and drives pretty rough. This is Mercedes Benz for crying sake and shouldn't the servicemen notice these issues before handing me the Truck?

Rick Greene continues the tradition of excellent service at MB of T and is remarkably pleasant and professional. I have purchased 9 cars from this dealership over the past 14 years and referred friends and family here. It is difficult for me to imagine ever going elsewhere. They excel in sales, finance and service. Truly excellent.

I continue to have excellent experiences with the service at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. Jaleel has been an exceptional service advisor. He continues to go above and beyond in providing excellent service and is always extremely pleasant and professional. Ellen has also helped me, my wife and even my father who brings his car from another city to her because of the great service experiences my family consistently has at this dealership. My excellent experiences in the service department as well as in the sales and financing departments with Bernie and Adil are a significant reason for me to continue purchasing vehicles from this excellent dealership.

From either of them I am more satisfied with the of the Tampa outfit, especially by our Service Advisor Rick Acosta who had quickly taken the place of our past favorite Tampa Mercedes person who moved to another dealer in another state. Rick's efforts to make me feel like I am the most important person needing help is beyond appreciated.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa to do it justice! When I arrived I was promptly greeted and I spoke with Bernie Freedman about trading in my present car for an SLK or SLC Roadster. He not only advised me about the best way to handle my trade but also advised me about the resale on each model since a name change was to take place in a few months and I could lose value if I decided on an SLK and not wait for the SLC - I felt Bernie Freedman took my wants and needs into consideration before asking me to make a purchase. That to me is a sign where Mercedes-Benz of Tampa is looking out for my needs before theirs! What a Great Dealership!

This is my first experience owning a Mercedes-Benz automobile. Since it is a "luxury brand", I felt it was necessary to have it serviced through the dealership. My experience has been both efficient and pleasant. My service representative, Mike Nankovitch, has been knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The entire staff of Mercedes-Benz of Tampa, from Antonio Marinez in sales to Mr. Nankovich in service have been professional in their duties. I do truly know now what it is like to be a Mercedes-Benz owner.

I've owned multiple Mercedes over the years and MBOT is the reason I will always stay brand loyal to Mercedes-Benz. The service at MBOT is impeccable and unparalleled. If your MB ever needs service, I implore you to take it straight to Robert Net in the service department. He will take the time to make sure you know what is going on with your car, and offers reassuring service advice to expeditiously get your car back on the road. I was also impressed with the precautions that MBOT took to prevent the spread of COVID-19. MBOT always exceeds my expectations and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service.

I wont recommend to purchase neither the prepaid maintenance or First Class Wheel and Tire Protection plus. Because I found the hard way that these policies exclude many things such wheel alignment. These warranties are not cost effective

Service adviser Joey Helenek, is just AWESOME!!!. He really takes pride in his job and making me the customer feel like Queen that I am, offering me the red carpet experience every time I come, making sure everything on my ML 350 is A OK. I'm really grateful that he's concern about my vehicle and my safety. Not only me but on several occasions on a Saturday with less staff, he had 5 people as I was the 5th person and he handle each person professionally, and quickly as possible without a long wait time. Joey keep up the good work, we all need the White Glove & Red Carpet experience. Good Luck to your future endeavors, from where i'm standing it looks good on you.

BEWARE!! I had a horrible experience with this place. Bo Jaap Mislead me the ENTIRE time. And management wasn t any better. They didn t even want to listen to me. I was given an estimate of $3k to service my car. They disassembled my car without telling me. Then increased the price to $5k over the phone, then $6400 when I showed up in person. He also added that he got me a deal because it was supposed to be $9k. When I decided not to use them is when I found out they already disassembled my car, without my permission. (Which I have in writing via a text to Bo that I was unaware) Now they were trying to charge me $900 to get my car back. When I ONLY agreed to a diagnostic. They Stated it was for the disassembly of the car. I only approved a diagnosis to be done at this time. To top it off they told me they LOST my original car parts. I demanded my old parts. Bo tells me they lost them and offered me a parts list. I told him that s not acceptable I need my parts for comparison. I gave him some time to find my old parts. He finally tells me they had to get them (plural) out of the garbage and supposedly now they were in the trunk of my car. When I got my car back I looked in my trunk and I found 1 part in my trunk. This part was from another car so he lied to me and told me it was from my car. They never reassembled my car back and lied to me and told me my old part was in a box in my trunk. The part that was in my trunk wasn t even from my car. My new mechanic confirmed this. He stated the part they removed isn t in the trunk and it s no longer on the car either. So they removed it and LOST it and lied to me. And thought i wouldn t know because I m a girl I m guessing and thought I wouldn t know. I ended up finding out I only needed 1 part the entire time! And the part they removed is NOT in my trunk! So they LOST it and are now denying it. They Extremely over charged for numerous unnecessary things. Wow MERCEDES OF TAMPA JUST WOW! I am sooooo disappointed as I am a Mercedes lover!

So I see management has now responded to my review. How convenient. When I was trying to speak with Alex, the GM I couldn t get a return phone call. And there is more to add to my dilemma, as my mechanic works on my car he is finding more things that Mercedes of Tampa broke while trying to remove a single part. These professionals broke and admitted to breaking my upper oil pan, instead of removing it properly. Now I m left searching for an oil pan that fits my car. Thanks MERCEDES OF TAMPA

Purchased a vehicle from them about a week ago. I cannot express how amazing they have been! They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was detailed perfectly, offered to fix small cosmetic damages that I didn t even ask about, and gave me upgrades on the vehicle without asking. Nick was my salesman and he was the best! They truly do want every customer to be 100% happy with their purchase. Highly recommend them!
