I am on my 15th Mercedes via you guys in Tampa and two other dealerships in Pinellas County. From either of them I am more satisfied with the of the Tampa outfit, especially by our Service Advisor Rick Acosta who had quickly taken the place of our past favorite Tampa Mercedes person who moved to another dealer in another state. Rick's efforts to make me feel like I am the most important person needing help is beyond appreciated.
