I've leased 4 cars from MB of Tampa since 2011. I always get a fair price and the transactions usually happen quickly.

The reason I use the Tampa dealership is they have the best service department in the area The service I get from my advisor Bob Net is second to none. No matter when I call or how small the issue, he always responds quickly and treats me professionally. He is the main reason I've kept my business with this dealership. Years ago I did visit a dealership in St. Pete but the service experience was not the same. MBOT and Bob Net are a level above.

as promised and on time. It was then followed up by their top service manager who tutored me on the many intricacies of the car. This was not my first car bought and delivered in the same manner and professionalism from Tampa Mercedes . Thank you!

I was hesitant to go for my schedule service with everything that is going on with COVID, but she assured me everyone was following safety protocols. Ellen customer service what makes being a customer of MB of Tampa worth every penny. She went over every detail and answered every question. I have never encountered bad service from anyone at this dealership!

That is mainly due to the excellent service I am provided with. Dave Z is my service manager and he is always helpful willing to stay later to assist me whenever it is needed.

I bought my first car from Mercedes Benz of Tampa in 1987. Needless to say, I ve dealt with a variety of issues and several different service advisors over the years. For the most part, I received what can be considered an acceptable level of service. That changed dramatically when Ellen Tackett became my advisor several years ago. She took it to whole new level. Acceptable became a excellent. Not once, and my service requirements are many and varied, have I been disappointed. Her knowledge, competency, and professionalism are unrivaled.

I had been searching for a particular model of pre-owned VW for a few months. Drove a few at different dealers and was deeply disappointed with the level of care these others exhibited - about my interests, about the possibility of a sale... just generally poor attitude. I finally found the car I wanted at Mercedes Benz of Tampa - Julie Boland took care of me, answered my questions and dealt with me in a manner that made me feel comfortable and appreciated. The negotiation process was not pressured, it was straightforward and at the end, I felt that I had paid a fair price for the vehicle I had been searching for. This was an absolutely A+ car buying experience. I will remember this and the next time I am looking for a vehicle, I will start at Mercedes Benz of Tampa - thank you, Julie !

Service was fine, they fixed what they were supposed to. But the car was returned to me dirty, even after I asked the service representative to wash it. I was even willing to pay for the wash since the vehicle was a Sprinter van.

This is the 3rd time someone in the service department has been rude to my husband for absolutely no reason. We drive WAY out of our way for servicing at Mercedes to feel how we do when we leave. Its almost as if they are too busy or just over it altogether. I think we will visit Clearwater next time.

Service department does not honor tire warranty. Purchased 4 brand new tires in a year and a half and front right tire blew out. But, service manager said they replaced my back tires twice in a year and a half. Therefore, my front tires were not under warranty. However, I know they rotated my tires. Bottomline, they are fraudulent. They completed a diagnostic check and stated right front and right back rims were bent on October 5, 2019. Twenty days and 400 miles later, October 25, 2019 now my left front and left back rims are bent. And I also need 2 new front tires only twenty days and 400 miles later. Fraudulent dealership!! Spent over $2600 in service on October 5, 2019 and October 25, 2019 service department says I need to spend another $1200 in service. Fraudulent dealership!!

This place is a absolute joke. Julie in the service center is a peice of work I do not understand how she still has her job. Told me my steering rack on my vehicle is broken and I am looking at $2500+ to fix this issue. Had my vehicles towed out from them to a diff place to have it looked over and was quoted 150 dollars to repair the issue. My car now is driving perfectly fine ... trust me when I say this STAY FAR AS POSSIBLE from this place... absolutely no respect for there customers.

I m pretty sure someone will send me a automated message claiming they are sorry. Don t bother with your apology You guys just lost me as a customer for good.

I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Tampa wholeheartedly. I have complete confidence in their knowledge of their vehicles and complete trust in their customer service. I dealt with Mark G who went above and beyond with his customer service both before and after the sale. He made sure I was happy with the vehicle, got me exactly what I wanted, and he followed up after the purchase. He wanted to make sure I was aware of all the features and am comfortable driving the car. Mark made the whole experience seamless and I am so happy with my purchase! Mark and his team truly make me feel like my car purchase is important to them and that they will be there should I ever have any questions in the future. There is no doubt that I will purchase my next vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Tampa as a result of this car buying experience.

My experiences at the Mercedes Benz of Tampa has been fantastic. There have been no less than 3 recent positives with my experience. First, my service provider, Joey Helenek has been nothing short of spectacular. Joey is always gracious, professional and very helpful, especially when I am traveling out of town. He ensures my car is well taken care of, is cleaned and ready for pick up upon my return.

Next is my salesman, Vito Bosco. To pay a major compliment, Vito is "old school" in terms of his support. Always helpful, knowledgeable, professional and loyal to his customers.

Finally is the lounge area is tops. Always clean, well staffed and variety of beverages and some items to snack on. MB of Tampa is the best!

Their collision center offers atrocious service. My car took nearly 6 weeks (plus) to repair. And they never bothered to call me to tell me it was ready. I had to call multiple times. Did not receive a return call from the manager. Ridiculous.

Very professional and honest. I have been going to Mercedes Benz of Tampa for many years and each and every person that I have met there is very friendly and helpful. From sales, the valets and especially my service advisor Bob Net. Was in for service recently and Bob always makes time for me has paperwork and all the details worked out before I arrive. Work is completed quickly and Bob always lets me know what has to be done. Upon completion his call is welcomed and the return is always easy and quick.

Bought from Mercedes-Benz Tampa because it is close to me and my friends go there. They did warn me that they do not stand behind their product and it is always like pulling teeth to getting anything done.

That should have been the hint.

I went because I wanted certified pre-owned, and I had great previous experience while in Europe with Mercedes. Obviously did not make it here.

So get to Mercedes Tampa, they put out all the bells & whistles, which was great. Then you buy the car, after that you are nobody. Brand new car falls apart while it has been sitting waiting for my wife to drive it. Guess what, shes not here yet but the car is falling apart where it sits! Fading wood grain, peeling, and they can only say "Nope, that is caused from a vent air freshener". Thats great, but no air freshener, has never been washed except by Mercedes Tampa when they put the Tint on the windows. So if there is something there, it was under their care?

Do not buy the warranty or think for a second you have done right by buying it "Certified Pre-owned". They do not cover anything.

Bob thanks for your response, have called several times, left messages, but I guess your response is just part of the Mercedes Benz front?

03/02/2016 - UPDATE - SAME THING, CALL BUT NO RESPONSE, NO FOLLOW UPS, NO RETURN CALLS TO MY VM'S. GOING TO ANOTHER MERCEDES DEALER TOMORROW, MERCEDES BENZ OF WESLEY CHAPEL.. OTHER THAN THAT IF ANYONE IS LOOKING TO BUY A MERCEDES, BUY MINE, I WOULD RATHER GET A TOYOTA.

On February 7 or 8, I worked with a salesman to order a GLC with specific features. I was told by the individual that he would call with an updated time of delivery. I never received a call. After two attempts to reach him, I called the dealership directly and explained that I had not received a call back from him and was not happy. Rather than put me in touch with another salesperson, they simply connected me back to the original non-responsive individual who let me know the vehicle was expected to be delivered about the second week of May. The second week of May went by and no call. I called the dealership on May 21 and was told the vehicle had never been ordered. This salesperson attempted to find a similar vehicle, and I was told I needed to let him know before morning or the vehicle might be gone. When I looked through the specifications, it was not what I wanted. The response was: "this is a $50,000 vehicle". (That's good, but who wants to pay $50,000 for something they don't want). After that I contacted customer service and was told a manager would call me. That never happened. I decided to give Tampa one more shot so I sent a text to the the individual I was now working with explaining what I was looking for. No response. I sent another text asking if he found a vehicle. I was told he would get back to me "shortly". No response all day. So that evening I went to Crown Eurocar in Largo. In about one and a half hours, Crown was able to explain my options, locate a vehicle, and negotiate a price. I ordered and put a deposit on the vehicle. I was finally contacted by the salesperson from Tampa who let me know he was off the day before(he didn't tell me that before). I told him thank you, but I purchased something. He then sent me a photo of the exact vehicle he found before (the one I previously told him I didn't want). I've never found it so difficult to part with my money, and I have no idea why it took this dealership 3.5 plus months to do something Crown was able to do in 1.5 hours. Don't waste your time here. If you want service, cross the bridge and go to Crown.

I went through a roller coaster of a ride with my ...

I went through a roller coaster of a ride with my 3rd vehicle purchase from this dealership. It started off by being contacted by Richard Harris for the trade up program with my current lease. I was not looking at the time for a new vehicle but he let me know of a Nissan GTR that was available and I decided to check it out.

I went in that day drove the GTR and loved it, we worked out numbers for the car and gave them an offer that was not accepted. No problem I understood and said to myself ill just wait until I can get it for that price.

2 days later I get a follow up call from the dealer saying we do the deal at the price you wanted. Ok so now I am pulled back in. Richard was working to get me what I requested and brought his manager James in which made the proposal of the deal. 3 days go by, car has dent fixed (perfectly) and complete inspection done. Financials are still not finalized, at this point I am getting irritated as I was approved on Friday for the loan (818 credit score) but its now Monday and still nothing.

Finally Tuesday I was told to come in discuss and fight for your deal that you want because we believe you can get it. Well ok....this is the last effort I am giving. I sit down with the Financial officer at the dealership who almost caused this entire deal to fail. This entire deal is for almost $100,000 car and the financial employee cuts me off MID conversation 4-6 times answering his phone. I understand people have bad days, but you treat every customer with respect and I had 2 thoughts take his phone and slam it on the ground, walk out of the dealership or just hold my cool. I held my cool said that sounds good you've got a deal I want to test drive the car again. At that point I vented to Richard Harris who completely understood the situation. After the test drive the financial employee came back to me saying lets do this ! Its your dream car, come on lets sign! I said I need time to think and proceeded to talk to the GM's assistant on my situation. She was in aww of the experience I had and calmed me down a bit and wrote to Bob (who I still have not heard from) and setup a meeting with the GSM Ron Wordon. After about an hour conversation with Ron and James they made very valid points and seem extremely sympathetic to my situation. I decided to take a day and think about the deal.

Next day I decided not let one bad employee ruin my opportunity to get my dream car. Richard Harris made Wednesday an extremely easy day, it was a day to celebrate getting my dream car and my hard work paying off. The financial officer I dealt with who I will name Angelo was awesome. Answered all my questions with no BS attitude. I drove off that day a proud owner of my Nissan GTR and appreciation for all the hard work Richard Harris, James Berger put in to ease the crap behind the scenes Im sure almost all dealerships have. This is my 3rd purchase from this dealership, still may be my last from them but overall I am happy with the outcome.

At the Tampa Mercedes dealership I appreciate how they treat me. From the moment I bring my vehicle in for service they try to make me as comfortable as they can. Either while I'm waiting or by providing me a loaner vehicle while my car is getting repaired. I appreciate Jaleel Khan, my service advisor, for his knowledge of my vehicle. I have the confidence that I can call him and ask a question about my car and he has an answer. He always communicates with me in regards to the status of my vehicles repairs and when to expect the repairs to be completed.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!. Kudos to the entire sales staff of Mercedes Benz of Tampa, especially to sales associate, Kern Charles. Now, my memory of the "haggling" and the all day car buying nightmare I was used to, is a distant memory. I was amazed at the flexibility of the sales team, including Ed and Angelo, who worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy with my car purchase, easily exceeding my expectations and a true testimony to customer service. From a new lifetime customer, to anyone with a similar "bad" car buying experience, I recommend that you run, not walk, to this dealership for your next car. You will not be disappointed.

I was new, well 2 years, living in Tampa from Orlando. I normally drive alllll the way to Orlando to get my Mercedes services. I was just comfortable and trusted who I dealt with there.

Long story short my car had an issue, that I wasn t aware of at the time and didn t know what it was. Right before a road trip getaway to Marco Island. Made the appointment and Jaden not knowing of my plans quickly knew what the issue was got my vehicle diagnosed, batteries replaced back on the road cruising great! Just in time to catch the sunset at the beach Awesome job Jaden
No more I4 travel for me for service maintenance, I know who to come to for sure!

I am not the type to write reviews unless something is AMAZING or VERY BAD. I had my eyes on a specific Mercedes for several months and decided to come in to Mercedes Tampa Bay on my day off. I did all the research and knew exactly what I wanted. I was pleasantly greeted by Simo and he treated me like royalty from the moment I met him until this day. The entire purchasing experience was seamless and quick. Simo has always gone above and beyond. This review was not asked for or coerced. I have needed to message Simo for questions about my car at 9pm and he ALWAYS responds. He made the entire car buying process a pleasure. I trust him so much that I brought my mother to purchase a car the day after I bought mine. If you have been wanting your new Benz, wait no longer; Go to Mercedes Tampa Bay and ask for Simo only!
