Best experience ever. Just came from Lexus trying to change my car and Manny Fernandez got me at the door. I was really unsure about my step but somebody recommend him as the best salesman in Miami. Nothing else to say, the process was so easy, so pleasant . Manny has been years in the car business and even when I'm not a person who writes a lot wanted to thank this great person and professional cause he deserves.
Also wanted to give a big recognition to Mercedes Benz of Miami cause it was a really great experience with all the personal in this great place. Thank you very much MB of Miami!!! You deserve it.

Worst service center that I have been to in my lif...

Worst service center that I have been to in my life..... they are more unprofessional then a corner repair shop my g550 has been there for almost a month waiting for a key and the service advisor jay Torres calls me after 2 weeks asking me for my info to order the key which I had given him 2 weeks ago which he lost!!!! Try s to pull a slick one by saying he never got it what a joke now I m a month in and still don t have a key WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Never again would I service my car here....

Albert Candelario and the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Miami were excellent! They gave me a very good price for the S 560 and make it so simple to purchase the car. I could not have had any better service than i had from Albert Candelario. I would only buy or lease from him!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went there for service WITH an appointment took an hour to just check in, that s not the problem thou! The next day after, service engine light turned on. went back at 11am to get the car checked and they asked me to take seat and someone will take a look at the car, i checked after 1hour and the service manager said he is too busy right now and technicians are working on the car, then 3 hours later after I checked again he said the engine is hot, we can t check it now and you have to wait a couple more hours! Then i asked for a loaner and they said we don t provide loaners ( such a shame for a huge luxury brand facility to cut corners like this) then they offered to drop me off with a shuttle!!! Or i need to wait a couple more hours, I don t know service manager said. As i needed my car for many reasons i waited an hour more, service manager came to me and said they reset the engine light and drove the car for couple miles and it didn t turned back on (that s how they fix issues probably, deleting the alert instead of resolving it) and after 5 hours of wasting my whole time and day the technician brought my car back and said the same thing there was 2 codes which was weird so we deleted them and hopefully it was a one time error . I checked the mileage on the car before and after and no one rode the car to test!! Right when i drove out of the facility a couple blocks away engine light turned back on!!

I do not recommend this dealership. I requested a custom built vehicle, but the salesman tried to convince me to lease a base model for a more expensive rate than the online quote. He also didn't know how to order the build and needed help from a more experienced salesman. I cancelled my order that same day, and with persistent nagging, it took over 1 month to have my deposit returned! I've taken my business elsewhere.

When I purchased a GLK350 at Mercedes-Benz of Miam...

When I purchased a GLK350 at Mercedes-Benz of Miami, I purchase an extended AutoNation service agreement, which covered 10K services. Each time for the last 2 years I have scheduled a 10K mile service with M-B of MIA, the service department has claimed to have no record of the service agreement M-B of MIA sold me! They referred me to the finance department. I called the finance department twice on each occasion, and NEVER has the finance department called me back. So both times I've had to call the Chicago based Administrator of the AutoNation service agreement. On both occasions they have assured me that I am correct; that I have pre-paid the 10K mi service I have schedule. I've given up on the service department at M-B of MIA. I now use M-B of Fort Lauderdale. The lesson here is either that there's a problem at M-B of MIA service department; or there's a problem with the AutoNation pre-paid service agreements. How can a dealership sell you a service agreement, AND their service department have no record of it? And what's up with the ZERO SERVICE from the M-B of MIA finance department, that apparently is responsible for making the service department honor the dealership's contracts?!

I purchased a car there and the follow up had been dreadful. They lost the second key to the car, discovering it at the last moment of the sale and said they would supply it later -- rather than come out and deliver the key they lost they want me to spend a day there to have a key programmed in person. They could instead either send it or pick up the car or bring the programmer but instead they think the customer should pay for their error.
They should not be selling Mercedes benz cars if this is their idea of customer service.
Their managers do not respond and told the sales person they would do nothing.

I can honestly say I had one bad experience at another location that turned into a great experience at this location. From the time I started the chat, to getting the phone call from my salesman Francisco to the time I went to finance with Josh. Love love love my car. Francisco listened to my needs and made it happened. I always appreciate when you listen to the consumer needs and deliver. In my line of work it is what we preach to our workers all the time. No complaints on my end.

Read AUTONATION reviews before you get played by thugs in lame suits. They are there to take your money not to find you a suitable car. You will end up paying so much more than what you were originally offered. Go in there with a voice recorder so they can t play games. Oral agreements are valid in any court for up to Five years.

I can TRULY say that, out of the many car purchasing experiences I ve had in my life, this one with Manuel Fernandez was the best. Manny was our guide making sure the vehicles we intended to test drive were ready to go, then helping us explore options when I decided that we might want to go with a newer vehicle. Manny put together a great deal for a 2016 C300 and my husband and I were very pleased. The car is beautiful (I was doubting at the beginning, because I was used to my E500, which I traded in with honors, and thought the C300 was going to be to small) solid, comfortable and has all the technical features I really wanted.
Keep doing what you re doing at Mercedes Benz of Miami. This is the right way to sell cars a collaborative approach that puts the customer first.

Always have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz of Miami but have been disappointed the last 2 times with the Service Department.
The first time was regarding a recall of my 2014 Mercedes with an issue in which the driver airbag possible deployment due to electrostatic discharge and insufficient bonding. I learned about the issue when I received a notice and I also verified the recall with the car VIN number, when I called to make appointment I was advised that Mercedes Benz had not authorized repairs and since they are not Mercedes Benz but a dealer they could not help at this time. Contacted Mercedes Benz USA and was told the parts to fix issue were not available but will receive a letter when available. I am OK with Mercedes Benz USA explanation.
The second time has to do with a prepaid 5 year maintenance contract that I bought when car was purchased. I explained to the service personnel that makes the appointment that I had taken the car for service in March 2017 but that I had purchased car over 3 years ago but had not reach 30,000 miles if he could please check my service records and tell me if I needed to take it in for service. He verified my service record after I gave him the car VIN number and told me I should definitely take it in for service. He made the appointment for next day but to my surprise when I arrived at the dealer I was told that I did not need service yet. The service advisor was very apologetic and courteous but unfortunately I wasted my time taking it in for service which I apparently do not need at this time.

I had recently a good experience with autonation, with a collision repair. It was a best in class service, since the beginning of the repair. they sent text messages to update the status and the car was delivered within deadline, in a very convenient way. I appreciate specially mr. Carlos Guerrero attention, with a efficient and precise communication.
The service did live up to the MB cars quality and reliability.

Great advertising, however once you ask for the bottom line, the numbers are way too high. The advertising is to get you in the door. If you are advertising a car for 299, why dont they offer you that deal or at least explain it to you. Great sandwich at a reasonable price at Olguitas' Cafeteria

The service dept is horrific. Made an appt, came on time, waited over 40 minutes before anyone checked me in, went outside the car was turned ON the whole time I was waiting!! My name was misspelled, the service requested was completely wrong, I said I may have a nail in one of the tires, he wrote change tires!!!! Not sure how long I ll be sitting here and waiting still, but it s been a disaster from start to finish! Disappointed.

Professional staff who strives towards providing the best service possible. I made an appointment on-line so getting service was hassle-free. I left my car, was provided a rental per Service contract and the car was delivered as promised. As a matter of fact, my service representative gave me a courtesy call when my car was ready and some time later that day to ensure that everything was good. Definitely will take my car back for service and would recommend this dealership to others.

Excellent professional service. They took good care of us waiting to see the sales rep. The sales rep was very pleasant to deal with and took his time explaining various options and showing us the car. We ended up buying a car in one visit and were able to drive it home that same day.

Almost a year trying to fix my Mercedes Sprinter by warranty. Probably a manager Gus Cosio is waiting when my warranty expires. When I come to him he doesn't have time to fix my car even if I have appointment. He has a million reasons to delay repairs of my car

Terrible experience with service department. If less than one star was a possibility, I would rate them accordingly. Both the "customer experience" manager, Robert, and the service manager, Alan, are dishonest in their pricing practices. When confronted with the fact that they estimated a repair to take 5 hours and the invoice logged only 1.53 hours of work, they not only refused to reduce the final labor billed, but also began inventing stories about ghost employees who do not log their time working on the car to justify the bill. After a back and forth using simple logic, they recommended I litigate the bill. This is an absolute disgrace to Mercedes, and an absolute disgrace to an industry that already suffers from a reputation for dishonest business practices. Such a shame that even here, departmental profit margins are worth more than happy customers. Our discrepancy was over less than $200 on a $1300 bill. Needless to say, my wife and I will not be purchasing our next vehicle from here and I will recommend against this dealership to everyone I know. Stay away from these thieves.

I had my car serviced today with Shadi Omar Williams. I came in before 7am without an appointment. He took excellent care of me and I had my car back by 3pm. He arranged a ride for me, explained my repairs to me so I felt comfortable, and answered my many phone calls. I was completely satisfied and impressed with his service!

Was bad in 2012 still bad today. I recall bringing my car for service in 2012 a C350 coupe with only 3,000 miles. The guy tried to up-sell us to more service like tire alignement. Today they did the same to my wife on her GLE350, thinking a woman don't know cars for a total of $950 for a 2 years service. On top of that the car has 3 recall, which total 5 hours of labor and they refused to give a loaner.

As always had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Made the process easy. Finesse person presented contract clearly and was professional. In and out with car lease exchange with new 2020 model in less than 4 hrs for start to finish which was very fast considering my intention was just to look at new model options.
Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about Mercedes Benz of Miami, and the great salesman that took care of me David Hodges. I have been purchasing Mercedes since the year 2000, and have always receive good service. I purchased the last 3 vehicles at the Pembroke Pines location, but I decided to return back to where I purchased my first one which was MB of Miami. David is very knowledgeable of the product lines, he's extremely professional, and overall a great asset to the company. I will make MB of Miami my home for all future purchases, and will refer my family and friends to contact David, which provides superior customer service.

I have purchased several Mercedes for over 18 years, starting out at Mercedes Benz in Coral Gables to ending up at Mercedes Benz in Miami. Each dealership has its great attributes, but Mercedes Benz of Miami has Cimone Destiny Campbell! Their star in her own right! From date one Destiny took excellent care of me, from returning my lease and into getting into a beautiful new Mercedes was stress-free. Being a professional black woman and dealing with another professional black woman was a plus. She knew my needs understanding my wants. She made me feel special and that I was her only client at that moment which is very important in making a big purchase as this.

Not only was the experience seamless and painless, but I did not experience not one negative moment (which is unusual). After this experience, I have been recommending Mercedes Benz of Miami because of their staff, and their star Cimone Destiny Campbell.

I want to thank Mercedes Benz of Miami for a great experience and a beautiful new Mercedes Benz that I love! I am a customer for life!

Horrific service almost to the point of comical. I wanted to buy this 2013 E350 certified pre-owned the next day. I put in a web lead and a salesman calls me and says he is busy with a customer but will get right back to me on 8/29. On 8/30 I put in another web request. On 8/31 I put in a text request. Christ, I wanted to buy the car and literally could not contact anyone! No one till this day has called me or emailed; I even gave my home and work cell and email for 3 points of contact !! I'm sort of glad I bought else where because this was a forewarning reflection of how their service, finance office, etc. attentiveness would have been!

I recently visited the Mercedes Benz of Miami car dealer located at 1200 NW 167th Street, I have to say that I was provided with an exceptional service, the name of the sales person that helped me is Aaron Orellana, Aaron not only guided me to find the right car according to what I was looking for but also he was there all the time during the process of getting everything ready until the car was delivered to me, he was also very helpful in getting the navigator system and the rear camera installed on the car. I strongly recommend the Mercedes Benz of Miami dealer, make sure to look for Aaron Orellana...you will not regret it...ahh I leased a 2016 E350 class...white on beige....beautiful car....love it....

Be aware 2017 GLS 550 has water damage. Car eroded all over... It has paint, disk and brake issue issue. They would fix it unless you sign a contract to buy it. I am not sure how they did CPO. The manager is very rude and doesn't want to address the issues and get to the MB CPO standards.
