My sales rep was Gregory Campbell he is the absolute best. he is patient and do not pressure you he listen and work with you to get the best deal for your car. I lease my car with and I am happy that I went o Mercedes and I am even happier that Gregory helped me. and number one is he do no pressure you. I was looking at cars before but hate when people try to force a car on me.

Be very careful when you contact this dealership to purchasing CPO. They do not honor there advertise price and they are very good at price hacking. They are also a member of Auto nation
I saw a GLE on Auto nation. Auto nation forwarded my information to Mercedes Benz of Miami. A sales rep. called me and when I asked the info about the vehicle, the sales rep. without any hesitation, raised the price by $3000. Just to clear this price do not include taxes and any other fees. This is a price before all additional charges. When I told him about the price they are advertising, he asked me to send him the details and committed me that they will honor the price. When I called same evening the sales rep. simply told me that he is busy and will call me back, but never called me back. They keep me waiting for an entire day and when I called him next day, he simply told me the price is 43975 and hang-up the phone. He do not honor his commitment which he made a day earlier, not even any other offer to work out or negotiate.
A saw manager s reply on other negative comments from other customers that call him and talk to him. So Mr. Manager I have called for you and left the message but you never called me back.

Again please be careful. There are other nationwide good dealership and if you like to buy from them, they will ship the vehicle right at your doorsteps.

Working with Xavier was a great experience. We came in late on a Sunday and he helped us right before closing - we test drove and told him we would think about it and make our decision this week if he'd email us the numbers. No pressure and no sitting behind a desk talking numbers forever. He gave us a good deal and we were able to take our time making a decision. Highly recommend.

We always received great service when we bought our previous MB cars, but this time Wilber exceeded our expectations.
He stayed late on a Sunday when we stopped only "to see" the cars and with courtesy and patience helped us choose the right car.

I normally go to mercedes of coral gables in order to get my cars fixed s500 c300, and g wagon. This was the first time I came to Mercedes Benz of Miami and it will be the last, over 1 hour of waiting after being told go inside sit down I finally had enough and asked how long it takes for someone to look at my car. At this point I had seen people come and go and come and go. I walked up to someone to help me and while talking to the person a man named Christofer ignored me and began talking to the person who was helping me while in the middle of a sentence. It then took an extra hour for everything to be settled and for me to leave. Terrible service.

Terrible customer service and lack of comunication at the service dep. I made an appointment for my Smart car in their Web Page. Went to drop off my car that day and they tell me to leave the car, a few minutes go by and the guy comes back in and tells me they don t do Smart. So why would you have appointments online for a car you do not service. Thumbs down for this location I had to leave with my car not knowing what I needed.

I recently purchased the A220 2021 with the help of a great sales person! His name is Ernesto, he was a huge help and his personality was one of a kind. Usually when you go to dealers, the sales person isn t very pleasing but Ernesto changed our mind.. As well as the Financer, which was also great help and had a wonderful personality. All around, my husband and I had a wonderful experience and will be definitely coming back! If you are thinking about going to this dealer ask for Ernesto, you won t regret it!

Some people talk about places where you receive the best treatment but places don't do anything if they don't count on great people who are part of the staff. I want to thank Many Fernandez because of the great customer service and the excellent and professional way to do business. Mom and dad have been customers of this gentleman for years and now I had the opportunity to be the one . Wish all places would have the chance to hire people like Manny. My family and I are completely satisfied customers who recommend Mercedes Benz of Miami to all family and friends and especially Manny Fernandez as a salesman and gentleman. This service department is the one for me because ...

This service department is the one for me because they did a great job. I walked in because there were a few warning lights on my 2007 ML350 display. I am very picky about where I take my truck for service because it is ten years old, very well maintained and I don't want anything to go wrong (obviously). They did a full diagnostic, hey obtained past maintenance info from me to ensure that everything was in order. They addressed each item, and they even detailed my car when they were done. They offer a warranty on labor. Expectantly, I won t need to use it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Orestes made the process extremely easy and they were able to provide me a very good deal on my beautiful, new car. The only thing I was not made aware of was the maintenance plan (which is very expensive), but I guess I should have done some more homework. Nonetheless, it was a very positive experience and I'm very happy!

I will never again take my c300 here for service. I arrived at 8:45 AM for a 9 AM appointment on a Saturday morning. They were suppose to change a sensor. I didn t get my car till 5:30pm.
My advisor left and didn t say anything. At 3 PM I got up to check what was going on and the service manager said they were still working on the car and that my advisor had left home. When I responded no there not because my car has been parked right over there. He then proceeded to say that they were working on the papers . I got up at 5:30 PM because no one had address me the whole time I was sitting there. When I went out said to check my car the service manager walked out said and gave me the paperwork. The customer service here is awful. They lack professionalism. Do not take your cars here. Go elsewhere.

I'm down in Miami for the winter and realized my current lease was about to expire and the car needed some warranty work so took it in to them, the gave me a loaner even though I didn't buy the car there and I ended up turning the car in a little bit early and get into a new lease, Francisco my sales associate was very professional and very knowledgeable of the brand, that's important to me as I'm somewhat of a MB buff and know a lot about the brand and their history. Francisco knew his stuff and gave me a great and fair deal and I would definitely recommend him to people I know to handle all their MB purchases and leases.

After having a horrible experience at the Mercedes benz of fort pierce I decieded to take the 1hour and 30 min drive down to Miami due to all the great reviews I read and I'm glad I did! I had an amazing experience here at Mercedes benz of Miami, My sales consultant Moises was awesome treated, me like family and was very knowledgeable.I never felt pressured and felt like he was truly there to help me get into my first car. Thank you again Moises I love my 2018 benz! Ask for Moises if you pay them a visit.

If you are going to buy or lease a mercedes Mercedes-Benz of Miami is the place to go. I went to Pembroke mercedes first and the service was terrible plus when I mentioned what I could afford they were not willing to work with me andthey looked at me as if I was just someone waisting their time and I know when I'm looking for a car I want the salesman to actually want to work and sell me a car not stereotype me as if I cant afford what I am looking for. I decided to try Miami mercedes I was treated wonderfully by my salesman Alex Marin who took the time to work with me and gave me a wonderful deal. He went out of his way and its hard to find a salesman like this nowdays. If your looking to lease or buy a mercedes go to Miami Mercedes and ask for Alex Marin and you will thank me.

worst car buying experience I ve ever had in my life. A shame too because I bought a very expensive car. A few days after driving it I realized there was something VERY wrong. Turns out the entire underneath of the car, the metal was BENT. it was very difficult to drive and pulled me severely to the left. I bought my car a month ago.... made my first car payment and realized I haven t even gotten a chance to drive the car for more than a week! Albert sold me the car. As soon as I told him there was an issue he became VERY hard to get a hold of. He did not inform me on what was happening with my car, no type of updates or anything like that. Absolutely terrible terrible and very disappointing experience. This was was in NO WAY inspected before I got it because it was a severely damaged car.

Absolute fantastic experience! Winston Simpson was my sales rep and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I walked in with my guard up and drove out with my CLA 250. What i loved the most about this experience is the fact that Winston, followed through on everything he said he would do and expressed genuine interest to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He certainly dispelled the negative thoughts I had when I initially walked in. Companies should hire more sales reps like Winston Simpson!!!

Very disappointed in the service department. I scheduled an appointment / routine A service online however when I arrived the service was twice the amount quoted (went from 355 online for premium A service to over 700). No explanations or apologies about this were given. Being from Tampa I always went to Mercedes Benz of Tampa for service on previous vehicles and never encountered a routine service this expensive. I did contact the dealership to express my disappointment but I have not heard back as of yet. As a newbie to Miami I will be steering clear of dealership for all future car / service needs.

The people of Mercedes Benz of Miami are fantastic. They treat you like family and they do what they say they are going to do. My Service Adviser, Dennis Guilmette is the terrific. In my opinion Dennis is the poster child for how to treat your customers. Everything he says is going to happen... happens and he does it with a smile.

The entire team down there is the best. From the service greeters, to Carlos in Service to Vianca handling the loaners. Great experience In an out quick and completely satisfied. Thanks to all!

I just bought an E350 2016, I am happy since it is my first Mercedes, I see that it has details of completion and quality of the products are of very good quality. But being in 2015 I can not understand that the operating system (command is so obsolete) looks like when I was programming with my computer 64 more than 40 years ago. 1- The system is very, very slow. 2- I have 250 contacts on my iPhone 6 and I see a sign that has a full memory (inexplicable are contacts It is not an ultra HD movie file) 3- The application menu was placed on the phone icon (inexplicable ). 4- The Mbrace has not turned on. 5- Listen via bluetooth you have to be an engineer at NASA and it is unstable on top, the menu of the music that is playing and at a very low volume does not appear. 6- Switching the radio to another function is complicated. As far as you know, I am a programmer. I know the handling of electronics today, I don't want to think if the person who uses it has no knowledge. Mr. Mercedes, you should call Recall to reprogram the system and improve the processor and memory. Messrs of the Mercedes of Miami Service, you should know more about the operation of the cars they sell, Regards, Jose Marcelo Masri

During this time of crisis that we all are facing I can say that the least expected situations arise and it can cause anyone to go over the edge with tons of stress. I needed to get my car back running so I brought it to the Mercedes Benz Miami dealer after having it jumped start and my experience with the service advisor was very prompt and easy. Steve Adams handled it the best way I can imagine. I went in there stressed, not knowing how to approach anyone (exposure), just hoping that it wouldn t cost an arm and a leg to fix. Steve was able to calm me down and address the situation in a professional and safe manner. He offered coffee and water, a rental in case I needed to move around, and checked on me throughout my wait. I decided to wait it out because I m very skeptical about even being out of my house. Overall, I was pleased with the experience because he did his best in providing an A+ customer service. I would return if there are any further issues with my car and would ask him to assist me due to his high level of expertise in his work. Thank you!
