Amazing! My car was experiencing bluetooth connectivity issues. Mike and the rest of the MB team helped the most they could, and because they couldn't fix the issue they didn't charge me as much for the service they performed. I have been to multiple other MB dealerships before and I have never been treated this nicely. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had an issue with my previous car service. After I was informed to contact the service manager. I reached out and explained the situation and Wes was very helpful in getting my reported issue resolved. Thanks Wes and Shaun for the help it is greatly appreciated!

The salesman, as well as all of the other staff that we interacted with, was very knowledgeable about the product (the vehicle). In addition, everyone was courteous and sensitive to making my wife and I comfortable. The car--it is THE CAR!! Outstanding!

One person that sticks out among many great people...

One person that sticks out among many great people at Mercedes- Benz of Memphis is Melissa Kaye, she is personable, has integrity, loves what she does, works incredibly hard, and takes pride in providing high-quality luxury vehicles. I was very pleased with the professionalism shown ...

I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by this dealership. The service department was in touch with me throughout the lenght of my car being serviced for warranty putposes, kept me informed on a daily basis of the status and even provided a loaner at no cost to me.

I have owned several luxury brand new cars, but so far Mercedes' service department is the only that has left me impressed and has made feel getting an oil changed lilke a time well invested.

On July 21st, I wanted to test drive a Mercedes Benz GLC. I went to Mercedes Benz of Memphis and was assisted by Mark Kennedy. He was awesome!! He was knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward!! Right away, he showed me an amazing car!! My husband test drove it first and loved it! I told Mark that I had no experience driving an SUV and he convinced me to drive it prior to agreeing to purchase it! I did and I was in LOVE!!! The car is sooooo smooth and quiet!!! I signed the paperwork that day!!! 2 days later, I picked up my keys!! Thank you Mark, Desmond, and April for making the process as smooth as possible!!!

The service manager is a theif. He wanted $2,500 cash to try something. Then sabatoged my car by taking out the fuel pump fuse and relay when I refused to pay/try something. I went to redwine auto on mendenhall for half the price and better service.

Absolutely horrible, i guess because I didn't look the part I wasn't worthy of service there. I have never been to a place and received so many weird looks before in my life. Then when i called to talk to management about my experience there, he started cursing at me as if I did something wrong. I will never give this location any of my business and i plan on taking this matter to corporate

Had to have a recall repair completed on my Merced...

Had to have a recall repair completed on my Mercedes. The Mercedes notification flyer stated it would take 30 minutes. The dealership stated it would take an hour. Actual time, 3 and a half hours. Repair time would have been fine if the dealership would have just been upfront about it, rather than leaving me to just wait to find out when it would be finished.

Tesh is an absolute super star, there is no limit to her awesomeness! There is something unique about this dealership that makes it stand out from the rest. I was late to pick up my vehicle and Tesh and team stayed late to make sure that I get the delivery on the day promised though I was the one who was late, the could have asked me to come back the next day but they took the extra effort to make sure that I wasn't disappointed. Shout out to the finance guy as well( forgot his name). You guys are a bunch of superstars! And I love my new car !

As long as you have not paid them your money they are very nice, but once they do the work and get your money they do not care. They was supposed to have sent someone to pick my sister up Wednesday to come back and get her car at 1:30 p.m. and Chris the service manager and the individual that was supposed to have picked her up had the old well attitude. Always a fast and courteous staff and dealership. By far the BEST dealership in the world, I have visited ones in Germany and none as good as MOM. Sales staff is knowledgeable, the service staff are caring and listen and keep the promise. I will never buy a car from anyone else and allow no one to service my cars but Mercedes of Memphis.

I was on a road trip from Florida to home in OK and had some issues with my brakes on my 2006 E350. I had no appointment but the people at MB Memphis were gracious enough to get me in, diagnosis my braking problem and I was back on the road within two hours! Pricing was very fair and I'm very thankful that I was able to find a dealership that really cares about taking care of Mercedes owners. Thanks guys and ladies!

Really this is a Mercedes dealership??? You get a better experience at a Lexus or Acura dealership. Want parts you better come in person no phone sales! You want to relax when you bring in you car for service not happening. Worst coffee a Keurig really?? No nice area to wait a counter top with stools. Don't know if any Mercedes representative has been here. You are much better off in Nashville if you have a choice

I ve been there three times. The first time it was a scheduled service (which means I called made an appointment and took time off work) took about 4 hours. Which wasn t too bad. The second time was a scheduled service. They did great on time I dropped it off at 8:00am it was out by 9:45am. The third time I called to schedule an alignment my appointment was at 8:45am I was on time. 11:05am they come to tell me it s going to the alignment rack three hours later. Reason being not enough techs certified to do alignments. Which is a fine excuse but why have an appointment at 8:45am? Poor scheduling. I m not from Memphis but it s the closest dealership I live 1hr 20mins away. I didn t leave the dealership until 4:00pm. Over 7 hours sitting at a dealership. Good job guys!

Top of the line when comes to cars and service. Was a little nervous about the financing but Tom Hammond sat me down and went through the process I ended up with a way better deal then I could have hoped for.

Our car had problems on the highway with dashboard gauges so we had it towed to Mercedes-Benz of Memphis. Our car is a 2008 model, and it has been excellent in every way up to now. Our service technician David called and explained the problem, the approximate cost and filled us in with any details about the service. The whole experience was fabulous, and repair price was much more reasonable than we had been led to expect! Also, Mercedes road side assist had our car towed within 30 minutes. We have Shelter Insurance and got nothing like that sort of care. We are totally sold on Mercedes and hope to get another...

My 78 yr. husband took our car in a couple of times due to our dash constantly showing a tire was low in air, would show 35-20 .my husband would always be assured that it had been completely checked
And nothing was wrong! But dash continued to show tire was down to 20.
He returned last week had a 9:30 am Appt. at 11 still had not been seen and dealership drove him to our Daughters office where he once again had to wait in a waiting room (no Lunch)- dealership called him at 3:00 that car was ready and our daughter drove him to pick up car. We live 25 miles away.
Once again Air went down - he took car to local garage they found A Nail and A hole in tire.

Mercedes-Benz of Memphis was really rude, and showed zero courtesy. I originally purchase my car from Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. So on my front tag it states Mercedes-Benz of Collierville, by the way they are great. The man in the service department stated to me I don t think we have a tired that size with out even checking. I also let him know that I have tired insurance through Mercedes-Benz and he stated to me oh we don t take that insurance, you ll have to go back to Collierville with a really nasty tone. Seem kinda racist to me. If you want good customer service and courtesy please go to Mercedes-Benz of Collierville they are awesome.

The reception I receive from the staff is always incredible. From the initial greeting from Shaun, being greeted with Mikki's smiling face, and knowing that Jeff will make sure that I'm totally satisfied with the service demonstrates that the staff has a sincere focus on customer service. The staff is world-class and always has a good sense of humor! It's always a pleasurable experience.

Last year, I took my Edition 1 C-Class Coupe here for an alignment around 10k miles. I ended up with chewed up front tires and a horrible ride ever since. The staff was super friendly, but I will not go back.
