My tire went flat and my car was towed to the Mercedes Benz of Massapequa and my service advisor Andy was great at handling everything from the beginning to the end, he made sure I was taken care of efficiently with little to no headache thanks for making it easy to come in and leave with no wait time had my car washed and ready for me to drive off. Plus for me was that they are open on Sunday s!

Update 3/2019. The dealer still never called me back or attempted to make any resolution.

They cut my headliner wrong, left it with a hole in it and gave me the " too Bad" . I wouldn't trust them with anything I care about. Coffee and WiFi was great though. Inspect you loaner before you even get in it.

Absolutely the worst car shopping experience I've ...

Absolutely the worst car shopping experience I've ever had. May as well be resigned to rebadging as a used car dealership than a Mercedes Benz one as they have the same sales tactics.

I put a non binding deposit for a CPO vehicle, and I ended up changing my mind the very next morning and reached out to cancel the deal. I was ignored by the sales associate Nelson Morales for multiple days even though I tried calling and emailing multiple times. Not until I asked to speak with his manager did I get to finally reach him. He said he would refund the deposit, and a week later I still don't have my refund. I spoke with his manager a week later afterwards to process the refund, and two days later I am still waiting for my refund.

They've been holding my deposit for 14 days now, 13 of which I've clearly stated that I was not interested anymore and that I wanted a refund.

I don't see a reason to ever visit here. There are plenty of other Mercedes Benz dealerships in Long Island / NYC that won't treat you like this.

Recently was in the market for a new car, I never thought of purchasing a Mercedes. Stumbled in and there I met an awesome salesperson by the name of Frank Manzo. He change my mind of any doubts I've had about in purchasing a Mercedes. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I finally settled on a CLA Coupe. Not once he pressured me into upgrading to unnecessary features. One of the best experiences I've ever had in car hunting.

My husband and I dropped off our car for service l...

My husband and I dropped off our car for service last Saturday. The advisor Andrew who was extremely nice and professional advised us in advance that he would be on vacation for a week and that he would connect us to another advisor. Andrew checked our car and advised us that our front license plate was bent, which we were already aware of. I picked up the car on Monday night, since my back was turned towards the door, I didn't see when they pulled up with the car. They gave me the car without the front license plate.
I called the next day and spoke with Nicole and advised her of the situation. Instead of focusing on apologizing for their mistake, she was focusing on the fact that "things happen" and kept mentioning that people brings their car in with no front license plate all the time.
I expected someone would check the car just like Andrew did ensuring that everything is ok, before releasing it to me, but Nicole's focus was more on the defense.
I picked up the license plate from her yesterday, she didn't even bother to apologize.
Back in August, they gave me back my car with the hood opened. I had to pull over in the rain to close it.
That's 2 incidents so far that I am not pleased with at all. I expect so much more from Benz.

Bought a car from here. My salesman was Nelson he was awesome, young professional down to earth, made sure I got want I wanted. He had no problem going above and beyond. It felt good to walk in sit down talk with someone and relate to them. Even though I live in ct I know I made a great choice going to this Mercedes Benz dealer in massapequa. My husband has family that lives out there and owns a few benz of course their car men once my husband met Nelson he didnt even get out the door yet before he was on the phone recommending him to his uncles. And Lauren in finance great also. They understood me, made me feel like a valued customer, and nelson like we was friends from school and just met up again. I talk about this place everywhere I go. Love it. So did my 2 yr old . Next time I buy I car I will definitely go back to Mercedes benz of massapequa and ladies if your looking for a vehicle plus like a little eye candy see Nelson. And fellas if your looking for a salesman that you can relate to go see Nelson. For sure hes the best.

Very poorly run and impossible to deal with. They lie apparently when they look up a vehicle ID number and say it's in stock but it's really not because that is what the sales associates are trained to tell the customer. - That is a direct quote from the manager. Purchased a vehicle through another dealership that was supposed to be shipped to michigan but they didn't want to deal with shipping it to michigan so they sold it out from under us. I called and asked for an explanation and was told to call my dealership and ask what happened and would not be given an explanation. Very defensive manager kept going around in circles not answering questions, which tells me she was lying through her teeth. If this is how mercedes is run and operated I can't recommend it to anyone. Especially this dealership.

Great service by Ben. Actually it WAS! Not anymore! Very disappointed...
The Mercedes scammed me, making up the deal, and sending a bill 3 months later stating that I owe money and that the deal was not what I assumed it was. That time Ben already did not exist, disappeared like a ghost and therefore nobody to ask to confirm and proof the original deal.

Dealing with the situation for over 6 months already and no help from Mercedes at all... And I've been their customer for years...

I would just like to say that William Mecca of Mercedes of Massapequa did a great job explaining the car thoroughly of what the car can do the safety features inside and out. He gave me the better price of any other dealership. The process was very quick no haggling and gave me the bottom line price. They made the deal work quick, had the car prepped and showed me a great feature that Mercedes does with the Mercedes app auto starting the car locking the doors. I would recommend Mercedes of Massapequa with their staff great job!!

Good service but false and fake ads with their promotions on the website. They do not honor things. Be careful and get everything in writing printed before they write up the service stuff. Take pictures of your car and their car. Make sure you give back the same amount of gas as they gave you in the loaner. Otherwise they will charge you A LOT. They track your loaner, do not go out of state, or more than 100 miles. They will penalize you. Real stupidity from a luxury brand. Going with Audi next time.

The team at MB of Massapequa were truly amazing and this was one of my best experiences leasing a new vehicle. It began with Victoria providing me with a list of available vehicles in my price range. I then met Daniel Yankov, who was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles I reviewed. Daniel researched and advised on a payment strategy that would work for my family and was in constant contact with me as I was gathering the necessary paperwork. Finance manager Asia was incredible proficient in handling all of the paper work and clearly laying out the various service plans. It was just about 24 hours from my initial contact with Victoria, to Jason expertly reviewing all features of the vehicle and my driving off the lot in a new 2017 GLS. Thanks to all and especially General Manager Ty for creating an overall wonderful atmospher at MB of Massapequa! I have been to several throughout the country and this was by far the best.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with the kindest demeanor, shown around the showroom, and then greeted by the most professional salesman, Alkan. He was absolutely amazing. Eager without being pushy, detailed, polite and willing to help me find a great car that was in line with my needs. After a short negotiation, I was able to get the car that I always wanted within a 36-hour time frame. Great service , I walked into Mercedes Benz of Massapequa with no attentions of purchasing a car , but I had bumped into Nelson who greeted us at the door with a smile. I had 3 months left on my Lexus , I had gone to a couple of dealerships and they seemed not to give me the time of day ( don t judge a book by its cover ). Couple hours later I took delivery of a E300. My experience at the dealership is a 12 out of 10. I had also meet Matt Dency ( manager ) very nice guy. I will be back in 3 years for my next vehicle

I had the pleasure of speaking to CHRIS LOBA on the phone for a few days before I came down to make my purchase. I've purchased several high end luxury cars in the past from all over the country, but NEVER have I worked with such an HONEST & PROFESSIONAL sales associate. He went the extra mile to explain each aspect of the pruchase to me in depth.... from the vehicle stats (which wasn't even a mercedes, it was a Maserai) to the financing. I was so impressed that I flew down from L.A. to N.Y. to sign the apaerwork, and flew back 3 hours later completely thrilled with my purchase. A+++++++++ ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!!!!! I generally will not post a review about an establishment on Social Media, especially when it comes to a bad experience. However, I want this to be published for the future. The experience at Mercedes-Benz was not just unpleasant, but appalling. For privacy reasons, I'll not mention the name of the sales person, however, the Sales Manager is one of concern. My sister was at the dealership, looking to lease a new vehicle. The sales person was trying to provide figures for the car, which obviously needed the sales manager be involved. Here is the important part, as he was walking toward my sister, (not realizing she was the customer), this was his comment; verbatim. "WHERE DO SUCH PEOPLE SHOW UP FROM, IS SHE A MEXICAN or SOMETHING WITH NO MONEY"... It is a disgrace that an individual whose income is based on sales, will have such audacity to insult people. There is enough social divide in the world, we don't need the racial remarks of a car salesman. So, we went to BMW, were treated with respect and yes, did lease a new vehicle. Lastly, it doesn't matter if we are Mexican, Asian or from Mars...there is no need to insult people...Nothing may come of this post, however, it's important that the public is aware of the this incident

If there were more than 5 stars on a rating scale I would definitely use them! Great experience in overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to use Nelson's help. My family has seen many dealerships and have talked to dozens of salesmen before we came to this location, but the service that Nelson provided us with is beyond compare. Very professional and knowledgeable, doesn't put pressure on you, just simply tries to find the best fit for a customer. Experiences like the one we had makes you want to go back to this place, definitely worth recommending to family and friends. Well-deserved 5 stars.

I had an exceptional experience. All level personnel at the dealership were cheerful and happy to help.
Specially, Paul, who came to pick me up at the railway station. And stayed with me all along. Help me understand the car and get the documents prepared. Constantly worried about leaving in time because I was coming from 2.5 hours return drive. I was glad I bought the car from MB of M.

One regret, I had was that paperwork took very very long to prepare and put me on road at highest traffic evening hours. I took total of 7 hours to reach home. I reached at !!:50 PM.

Anyhow, I am home and looking forward to drive my Lexus 300h.

Thank you to Nick the manager who was very professional and respectful. Met my trade value from another dealer with no haggle. As a woman walking in to purchase a car, this dealership made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions and was very accommodating on delivery date. I have to say this has been the best experience purchasing any car ever! Oliver was my salesman and he had gone above and beyond to help me get into my very 1st dream car the Mercedes GLE 350. I had a unique situation and he had helped my husband and I through the process very easily. It's nice to work with someone who actually stands by their word and the dealership as a whole. Everyone was amazing, polite and the show Room was clean. When they tell you this is what your going to be paying, this is your percentage rate.. that is exactly what your going to expect on the paperwork. I went to pick up my vehicle it was an easy transaction my car even had a big red bow on it which made me feel even more excited and special. This dealership is 1st class all the way and I highly recommend them if you're Looking to get into your 1st Mercedes or your 10th Mercedes! Oliver and this team is definitely where you want to be. By far, this is the only dealership you should visit, if you are looking for a new or certified pre-owned Mercedes. This is the 2nd car this week that we are buying from Mercedes Benz of Massapequa. Everyone here from Nick, Peter, and Matt, in Management, to Paul Napper in Sales, as well as Fred, Christina, and Alex in Service, are by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous group of people, who provided the utmost in making our purchases flawless. This dealership epitomizes everything that the Mercedes brand represents. Not only did we get, by far, the best value for our transactions, but their input into color coordination and options was impeccable. We will definitely be returning to Mercedes Benz of Massapequa in a few years, to do it all over again.

John Botti has to be the most honest, decent, amiable auto salesperson I've ever dealt with. From the onset, I felt no pressure or obligation as he first and foremost made sure I was comfortable and graciously offered water, coffee, snacks, etc. before even starting to talk business. He answered all my questions thoroughly and always had a smile on his face. He was forthright and straightforward throughout the entire process and went above and beyond on several occasions; most notably, handling the end-of-lease terms with my previous vehicle's dealer (which was giving me a hard time because I wasn't re-leasing a new vehicle with them) and going out of his way, on his day off, to pick me up at my home and drive me to the dealership on the day I was to pick up my car. He made the whole experience not only a breeze, but a pleasure. The entire staff was equally as cordial and pleasant and not once did I feel hassled or harassed, as is often the case with so many salespeople and, especially, finance managers. This is my first Mercedes and, thanks to John and everyone at MB of Massapequa, probably not my last (specifically, from them). I highly recommend this establishment, especially for those with any preconceived notions about (or actual experiences with) how pretentious and snooty a luxury car dealership can be. I'm a blue-collar, tattooed, jeans and tee shirt guy, but they treated me like an Armani-and-Rolex-clad king from start to finish.

Same day Appointment made on the website, came in a little earlier, loaner car was arranged appropriately and in the timely fashion. Everything was done fast and perfect. Next day I picked up the car, it was all done the service and repairs, car was cleaned. Advisor was great as well as all other employees. Paul Napper was my Salesman whom I whole heartedly recommend. Paul was outstanding
and a pleasure to work with.
Paul was a true professional... knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely helpful in facilitating the selection and leasing of my new car which
I LOVE so much!
Mercedes of Massapequa has a stellar Service Dept. that reflects excellent Customer Service.
I would especially like to commend Fred Theobald, Service Consultant, for his outstanding service.
Fred is always very professional, pleasant to deal with, and responsive to the Customer s needs.

It was the best customer service I have received in a while. I was taken care of, and I felt valued. I will only take my car to Masapequa going forward. My service rep Heather was amazing, and the Manager was so completely genuine and very professional. Massapequa is FANTASTIC!!!!
