In response to the previous review- Our team did try and resolve the gentleman's issues but were unable to offer a refund as his pitch was provided as per his contract agreement and a complaint was not received until 10 months after the event. Continental Drifts always strive to produce fantastic events and experiences for all participants
This company does so much for culture in this country and is at the forefront of putting on some of the most creative and fun events and festivals in the country. Amazing crew and pure dedication to what they do.
Poor service, rude staff, and they didn't resolve my four complaints I had. I was a trader at their event, and was treated poorly, and they haven't bothered to resolve the matter. I had no choice but to leave a bad review, which I have never done before.
