This is the worst experience I have EVER had at a car dealership. I don't know how most salesman work but being rude to your customers is not the way the sales should work. My family and I drove two hours after work to see a SUV, and to be treated like that.... well it speaks for itself.
Nice guys, always fast and easy to work with. Oil changes are a little high, but worth it. These guys deserve a 5 star rating. (Service Department)
Would give it a negative. Lied to get us to sign and overcharging us with fees. Avoid this place the are people looking to prey on others. $5000 in fees on a 2011 altima wth! I will never buy from them again and i recommend going elsewhere for vehicle's.

Absolutely one of the worse experiences I've had with a dealership. Have had multiple issues with the vehicle was told I had a warranty but each time I call they say I have to have it towed to them which is over a hour a way and they still can't guarantee it's covered. Currently weighing legal options do unmet contract promises.

Lack of information! Took FIVE HOURS to preform a 2 hour task. Wasn t even sure if they had the part and only got informed once every 2 hours I was there! Will not be back!

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Andy & Jake took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE. Jake even took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked and was set up properly even as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Legacy Nissan. It was well worth the hour drive!

This service dept. Is second to none. I have been buying late model and new vehicles all my adult life but this service dept. Is the best I have ever used. The men are well trained at what they do and they all seem to work well together to the betterment of the customer. I would trust them with my vehicle any time.

Service on your cars if not under warranty to high. When I bought my 2014 rogue here. They said on the phone they would give me 17000 for my trade in. When I got there the haggled me down to 13500. Then when I bought my rogue there wasn't any spare tire or Jack in the vehicle. When I told them about it they said they were going to put one in there. Come to find out later it was a spare tire that fit a 2013 rogue and wouldn't even fit my rogue. But didn't even find this out until I needed the tire.
My wife and I were thinking about buying a new truck, so we stopped in at Legacy and met a salesman named Dustin Barnett. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable and while we didn't buy a vehicle that day, when we do buy one, it'll be from Mr. Barnett at Legacy Nissan in London.

I am very pleased with Legacy Nissan. We had to have some warranty work performed about a month ago and they stood behind their warranty. I would definately recommend Legacy Nissan in London, KY to my family and friends. I would also recommend purchasing the extended warranty. We had to use it and it saved us over $4,000 in repairs.

I ve had my Pre-owned Nissan serviced here for the past couple of years and the service department is top shelf. The employees treat us well and the service department prices are very competitive and fair. When it comes time to replace my Nissan, I ll more than likely purchase my next one here.
Watch when trading in a vehicle. What can I say they are a dealer. I only have warranty and oil changes done here.

What car buying should be...they have good prices and a solution for anyone. Sorry I have to amend my rating but it must be done, I purchased a brand new Frontier SV with the Hankook dynapro HT tires on it, the tires were fine the first 9k miles but then had to be rebalanced every few weeks due to the shaking of my new truck, I know they are supposed to be top end tires but these are junk, the ones on my nephews 2018 frontier are junk and he has already replaced them. Ive been to Legacy 3 times to get these taken care of but have been pushed aside all 3 times and once my truck was on the lift, tire off the truck and I was still pushed to the side for someone else. I have lost almost $500 in overtime due to these junk tires so I guess the moral to this story is...DONT BUY A FRONTIER HERE WITH HANKOOK TIRES, OR DONT BUY A NEW VEHICLE HERE WITH HANKOOK TIRES.

Bought my 2012 Altima SL a few days ago. Very happy with it, thus far. Sales staff was very helpful in my 2 day search with them. I told them what I wanted and they were very helpful getting me into the exact car I wanted. Only complaint I have is, I noticed a pretty good chunk of the rear taillight was missing. I went back 2 days later to see if there was anything that they could do for me, but there wasn't. Its not much of a complaint, since its really my fault for not noticing before signing the papers on it. Overall, great service, very friendly, very accommodating. I'm very pleased with my new car, and have already recommended Legacy to a few friends/co-workers that are looking for a new car.

I was traveling home to Indianapolis from Myrtle Beach with my adult daughter and 10 month old granddaughter when we hit a very large pot hole on the interstate. It resulted in the wheel and tire being damaged. We had left vacation early to get home to my father-in-law who is in hospice and with this incident we were afraid that we may not make it in it time. We drove to Legacy and Wes and Gerald greeted us. They were absolutely amazing. So professional but they really and truly cared. They were concerned for our safety. True southern gentleman. They were able to put the spare tire on and get us on our way very quickly. And yes we made it home safely and in time to see my father-in-law. God was watching out for us no doubt. These gentlemen need to be recognized in some way or given a raise because they went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Wes and Gerald!!!
Wes Sizemore went above and beyond what any other service department would do for you, we were broke down and from out of town with three little kids. He figured out what the problem was and got a way to fix it.

We went to Legacy this past Saturday needing to buy a second car but not really thinking we could due to some past credit issues. These folks are totally awesome! Not only were they able to get us financed they sold us a really nice car that came with a lifetime power train warranty and should last us for several years. They made the normally lengthy and aggravating process of buying a car very quick and pleasant, easiest deal we've ever done. Very courteous staff. They were very willing to assist me and make sure I was able to get to work on time. The service department is great to contact the customer when to let them know the service is complete or if anything is wrong.
If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would. I called and spoke to them about a vehicle we wanted to purchase. I explained our ENTIRE situation (negative equity on a trade, what we wanted to keep our payments, & even let them go ahead and run our credit score before we made the trip over. I called 3 separate times to verify EVERYTHING we were asking could be done. We make the 2.5 hour trip just to be told by them that our payments would be $300 more a month then what they had told me on 3 separate occasions they could get it at. I wouldn t advise anyone to even waste your time going here. They will tell you whatever they want to get you in the dealership, even if you are making a 2.5 hour drive to get there. I guess they thought we would just accept the payment & go on...jokes on them though, we immediately walked out when they told us what we wanted wasn t doable.
Service technician was great to work with, and very informative with future preventive maintenance in the near future. Highly recommend this dealership!!!!

They got me approved and went through all time and effort to make sure I drive away with the Nissan Rogue I picked out. Plus there employees all was great . Very friendly place, they treated everyone the same whether you looked like you had money or not. I really recommend this place to anyone who ask and I will tell everyone how perfect this place is. Even the sales person that helped me offered me and my daughter drinks or anything I needed.
