This is strike two. Just had my ML 350 in for scheduled maintenance and some other maintenance on Friday, 24 July 2020. The first strike was an issue with customer service from the prior scheduled maintenance. This time the issue is the maintenance performed on my vehicle. The next day coming back from the store I get a low coolant notification on my dashboard. Since part of the maintenance had a cooling system element to it, leads me to believe there is a lack of quality in the work performed. We are planning to take a road trip. Some of the maintenance performed was an overall check of my vehicle for this trip. If we were to leave the next day, we would have ended up being stranded on the road with the possibility of a blown motor. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. This brand does not project the quality that is expected. This is not a Chevrolet or a Ford. This is Mercedes Benz. Get your act together.

The parts guys were helpful and instructive; the service team was responsive and prompt. The professionalism of the employees is impressive. This is a well-managed dealership.

When I take my car to MBKC I always feel like I am being felt with fairly and honestly. They have taken measures to ensure I am completely satisfied with my visit and their staff is always relaxed and friendly.

Service was good. I was disappointed that my car was returned to me dirty. This is the first Mercedes I have owned in years. In the past when I had brought my car in for service they always washed it before returning it.
I have never bought a car virtually, let alone a late model CPO in this price point, and I was extremely nervous. From the start, I got comfortable with the feeling I would not be taken, and when the car was delivered to me a day early in perfect condition, I heaved a huge sigh of relief. Since I am 1100 miles away, I won't be using them for service, but I highly recommend them if you are looking for a virtual purchase and they have the car you want!

I had a fantastic experience. Dwayne Giles was a great person to help me. When we went on the test drives, he explained all the different features while we were driving and was very patient. I leased a great car and Dwayne helped me find what I was looking for. It was a great experience. When we came in to pick up the car everyone as the dealership went out of their way to meet us and make us feel very welcome. We enjoyed learning all about the car from Chris, he did a great job and made us feel very comfortable driving off the lot. Jessica explained all the leasing terms and all of our options, all questions were answered.. We had a great experience and we are really enjoying the car.

This service center was extremely prompt getting me in and out when I dropped off & picked up my vehicle. The work was done properly and completed within the time estimated. My service manager was already aware of recall notices before I arrived, and made accommodations for those repairs as well. I felt like they really cared about me and my vehicle.
There's a reason they are the best Mercedes dealer in town. Knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and everyone there treats you like royalty.
Took my SL550 in for a simple MO inspection. The waiting room was very comfortable and had drinks and snacks along with good WFI. The work was done quickly and a got I free car wash. Great, fast service.

I have trusted "Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City's" service department with my Vehicle's scheduled and unscheduled "Suprise" mechanical issues for several years now and have always received top notch service. Thanks to their hard work, my 14 year old C300 drives just as good as the day I bought it.

I purchased my car online from another state but have always taken it here for service. John K. is my service rep and over the past three years he has been exceptional. I always receive top of the line service and he answers any question I may have.
I called Mercedes requesting an emergency diagnosis regarding what I thought was an issue with my brakes. They were able to check out my car that day , and determined that there was nothing wrong with the car. They put my mind at ease and were so courteous and helpful . Great service!
Went in to look at a new GLE and not one salesperson came to speak with me. However I did witness a couple of them joking around and ignoring potential customers.

Unfortunately my first experience with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of KC was less than stellar. It took two hours for a minimal amount of work, and what I really needed done still didn t get fixed. I have to go back next week because a part wasn t in stock and had to be ordered. I hope things get better because the dealership is very nice from an appearance standpoint.
I took ownership of a pre-owned Lexus approximately 30 days ago. Wow, this is a very clear car. RITCHIE SEXTON was confidently successful in locating just the right car for me. He demonstrated unbelievable product knowledge as I navigated the 1st time hands-on of all the awesome features.

Great experience. Very accompdating even though i did not have an appointment. I recently moved from Seattle and have been a MB customer for over 10 years and this dealership has by far given me the best level of service in all my years as a customer.
I was at first leery of going to the dealership, but after seeing their knowledge of my particular car, it was the smartest move. Very professional in all aspects, quickly realized and resolved the issue. More cost-effective than a general auto service provider, who typically replaces parts hoping to get it fixed.

Had a problem with rear tire sensor. Car is eleven years old Called my service advisor, TJ and he sent someone to pick up my car. TJ was aware that my husband had surgery twice in a month and was a high risk for covid-19 and he didn't want me to take any chances. Needless to say that caring doesn't come with every car dealership. Car was repaired and delivered and carefully wiped clean with antiseptics after delivered. No one can top the service from this dealership or TJ
I've purchased 2 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles from M-B of KC, and have serviced both of them there. From the time you arrive you are treated with excellent service and the work has always been high quality. A special shout out to John Doolittle who is always patient with my questions and keeps me well informed as my car is in service. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from M-B of KC, because I know I will be taken care of long after the sale!

Service advisor didn't have parts ready in advance, didnt have a decent (or any) loaner vehicle available as promised, insult to injury they had some kid come notify me of all these problems, whim acted like it was my fault they couldn't keep it together.
Matt Hover was awesome to work with on the recall for my vehicle.

Just bought my first Mercedes-Benz at this dealership and had very pleasant experience. People are very courteous and fun to work with. They make you feel special. They have good professional knowledge. My sales consultant is Ritchie, who is very nice and professional, and funny too.
They have always been first class. Matt has made the service aspect of our care much easier than the dealers we have dealt with in the past.
Don't be fooled most all good reviews are from service. SALES is absolutely horrible and disgusting. Called about a car only for them to trash talk another dealership and THEN not even know how to set up android auto when I got there. I've been into contact with several sales people there and they were all extremely unprofessional. Mercedes is hyped up when these people don't even know what they're selling or how it works.
Everything you would expect from Mercedes and then some. Matt Hoover exceeded all my expectations and makes this dealership shine.

Poor service and communication. After my electronic gear stick stopped working, I called for assistance and left a message (with my contact information) for the service department and have still not heard back. This is not the first issue I have had with this dealership. Staff members are unhelpful and do not assist me until a male intervenes on my behalf - then I suddenly have their attention. The other one in KC is no better. They have rude sales staff who are extremely disrespectful and one in particular tried to blame me for having a car issue. It is frustrating to be treated this way when there are numerous electrical problems I cannot fix that make my car nonfunctional at times.
Update - they never reached out to me to help or at least discuss the issues, contrary to their response. I now travel out of town for better dealerships.
The service department was pretty busy but efficient and precise with handling my GLS and making me feel like a valued customer.
I've bought my car at MBKC and have had it serviced here. Both are great experiences. On the sales side, there was a lot of inventory to choose from and sales was a low-pressure, personable experience from Josh Keenan. On the service side, mine have all been quick services so far so I appreciate being able to wait on my car or have a loaner if I need one.
4 stars: I do wish the customer lounge had more amenities like I've seen at local BMW, Lexus, or Acura dealerships, some of which charge lower service costs but offer substantially nicer snack choices and business desks - things that help if you end up waiting a few hours on your car.

Worst dealer in town, I wanted to order a black Mercedes for my wife and they would not sell me one because they are exported. It is not illegal to export, also not my plan but they will not sell you car unless it suits them I guess. God forbid someone wants a black Mercedes.
Our sales rep Ritchie was great. He let us try several very different cars and SUVs and never pressured us into getting the more expensive models. We ended up liking the least expensive model the best and he treated us just as he would have if we d have chosen the most expensive model. Same for the loan department. Great experience all around.
Was little concerned with the short answers for the CEL coming on and had to leave it over the weekend but they came through Monday and all was good.

Great people, great service but very pricey. Oil change, brake flush and air filter service was $770. Recommendation is to use others for this type of maintenance.
Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City has excellent customer service from start to finish. TJ takes care of me by explaining things and is so very helpful with all my questions. He keeps in contact with me about what is needed and always puts what's best for me first. Working with TJ is great. The other people at the dealership are always helpful and courteous.

Even though my Mercedes-Benz is a 2004 (W211) I was greeted by friendly people. (A completely different experience than at the Chevrolet service centers).

This was the second car that I have purchased from MB-KC. And as compared to a few other high end dealerships in the KC area, I have to say that their staff and service are far superior. MB-KC, you have my business as long as I live in KC.
New breaks installed and oil changed. I was called with results of brake test before repair began. Although the service was expensive, I was told the cost ahead of time. A brake light was also out, and it was replaced at a small charge.
