I stopped by the service department to see if they...

I stopped by the service department to see if they could program a second key to my GLK or if I needed to schedule an appointment. The service advisor said no that it had to be the original keys that came with the car. I explained to him that you can program the key, you sell the new key fobs when lost or stolen and you can program and he told me they could not do it and to figure it out.

I bought my MBenz-ML350 used from a dealer in Nebraska, I have been taking it to KC-MB and my experience with them has been very good. they found some worn parts in the frontend, gave me, what I thought was a reasonable quote. They had to order some parts from Germany but, they left me with a loaner car, they finished the repairs and maintenance on my ML I paid the quoted amount no more no less. Thank you KC-MB for your customer care.

When you buy a luxury vehicle, you get what you pay for. Great customer service (follow up phone calls, continued support after purchase, little extras) from our salesperson (Randy) and the concierge (Jesse). We bought a 2013 certified pre owned ML350 and it is like a brand new car, only more affordable, and came with a great warranty. We only wish that we lived closer. Thanks!

I made a appointment on Friday! For Monday monday ...

I made a appointment on Friday! For Monday monday 830 am on time. Car dont get touched til tuesday. No courtesy call! Wednesday i calls no call back. I calls 2 hours later want take my call i walk in she waves me to wait room. 20 mins later i walks in her office. To hear about a 600 hundred bill. Longer story! But now it's Thursday and still don't get a courtesy call i call them to hear. I still don't get my car back. At this point not the end of the story. I hope knowbody else had to go thru this. I just want my car back. About time i get it back tags will expire. I know this is a good place i hope someway Chuck makes this right.

TJ is the best. It was my first time at that loca...

TJ is the best. It was my first time at that location but it is now my go to for car care. Customer service was impeccable. Waiting area was nice and full of goodies. My car is running like the day I drove it off the lot.

MB of KC is my usual servicing place for my Merced...

MB of KC is my usual servicing place for my Mercedes. I go there for last many years. It is an excellent dealership, very friendly staff and service advisers. TJ is my service advisor and he is great. Very helpful and accommodating every time. Highly recommend.

Very nice loaner, did a good job taking care of recall work on my car. My car was spotless when they returned it to me. Nice to get my car back in nicer condition then when I dropped it off. This was my first time at MBOKC, have used the competition in the past, I wont be returning to the competition.

On 4 SEP 2020 (I know I am late...) I had a servic...

On 4 SEP 2020 (I know I am late...) I had a service appointment at the Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City. I met with my Certified Service Advisor (Mr Ahmed (TJ) Altajl. I let him know that I was there for a 60k check-up and tire rotation. He was absolutely fabulous... Took me through the process and asked me if I had arranged for a another vehicle and I said no since it was only going to be a couple of hours. We went through the available service discounts and we were off and running. He showed me to the service waiting area (had a nice cup of Joe). The car was done before you know it (nicely cleaned and vacuumed) and I was ready to go... I just can t thank the service department enough...just an incredible experience from beginning to end! I will definitely be back to the Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City.

Very disappointed with the general manager in trying to rectify a difficult situation. This dealership has no concept of customer service. Do your research before you buy any vehicle from this dealership.

I drive about 80 miles to get my Mercedes Sprinter...

I drive about 80 miles to get my Mercedes Sprinter based RV serviced at MB of KC. This time I dropped it off and picked it up two days later. They were doing an Emissions System recall, and while it was there I had them do an oil change and new fuel filter. In the past I have worked with John Doolittle and Johnny Karstonis. They are both pleasant and knowledgeable. This time I worked with a young man named TJ. He was exceptional. I always enjoy a trip to MB of KC. While my RV is being serviced, I look at the cars on the lot, chat with a few sales people, and sometimes walk to a local place for lunch if I am there for a while. Somebody always offers to drive me to lunch, but I like to walk. I have always had really good luck with waiting on my vehicle. If I have an appointment for 9:00, I get there at 9:00, and they are working on it by 9:30. Plus, their waiting room is super nice, and it is a nice place to wait. I would give them an A+

Johnny Kartsonis handled the whole operation without a hitch. Got in,picked up my loaner, came back at the time told and there it was. Between time, I partook of the fine coffee bar and sweets, took a bottle of water, salivated over the new cars and went home happy. Great location, very clean and neat. Even earned some air mileage.

MBKC has been my dealer since 2005 when I purchase...

MBKC has been my dealer since 2005 when I purchased my first Mercedes. I have always experienced excellent customer service. TJ is my service advisor. I call him "The Man" because he goes above and beyond to make whatever my needs are happen. I look forward to bringing my car in for service because I know TJ will take care of me. Thank you for the many years of excellent service

Sorry to see Jeff Gray leave the service department. I have known him since his days at Baron BMW - he made the right decision to leave Baron, BTW! So far I have had great service at M-B Kansas City and hopefully that will continue.

I do agree with another reviewer that the customer lounge needs improvement. A wider selection of snacks would be a good start, as would more seating - the high tops are more suited to bars and restaurants than in a luxury car dealership's customer lounge!

Service was good and timely. The waiting area was another thing. I found it to be not very customer friendly. Windy cold and very uncomfortable. Every time a door was opened you had to hang on to stop from being blown away. The coffee machine was very complicated and disappointing.The taste of the coffee was terrible. A regular coffee pot would be much better and I'm sure a lot less expensive. These fancy complicated expensive perks always gets passed into service charges. Be prepared for an uncomfortable stay if you have to wait for your car to be serviced.

Service was as expected. Matt Hoover, the Tech Advisor, was professional & informative as usual. Service department replaced a trim piece on my 2012 SLK350 due to wear & tear. The only reason for the 4-Star rating is the vehicles are always returned dirty. It looks like the cars are washed with a dirty sponge or drying cloths. And in this case, the steering wheel trim piece had grease smudges all over it.

They went above and beyond to fix a small issue that I was having with wind noise. Upgraded both of my front windows to S class double paned acoustic glass at no charge. This dealership is the reason that I bought a mercedes in the first place. Awesome service! Thanks Matt.

Great service every time I get my car serviced. I just had quite a bit of work done - a recall, window button replaced, front and rear paint touchup. My service experience was top-notch and the professionalism and friendliness is always appreciated! TJ is a great specialist.
