I've been a customer for many years, multiple cars. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Took my 2nd car to them for a wheel alignment, was told I'd need the front suspension repaired for $2700 before an alignment can be done. Sounded odd becauset I've had a good look at my car's undercarriage during an oil change at my at my long-time mechanic's place just a few weeks prior. None of the suspension components were worn or bent. None of the bushings were really worn to the point of needing a replacement either. Sure enough, went to another speed shop for a 3rd independent opinion - nope, they had no problem aligning the car and said everything is fine except for camber on front passenger side that was out of spec a bit. This required a camber adjustment kit (as usual on an older Benz) to get back in to tolerance. Total price was $190 and the car is back on the road. Then, I had my other Benz brought in to this speed shop for alignment expecting it would be straight forward because I had a camber kit installed several years ago (and was charged for it over $300!) at Ft. Washington Benz. Nope -- only the right front had it, the left front did not, so I had to pay for it again (since I was charged for it at Ft. Washington Benz). This is downright unethical. I asked the shop to take pictures before and after, also received the old parts taken off the vehicle. They were definitely OEM (original), not newer parts. If I had discovered this fraud sooner, I would have taken them court, but too much time passed. The only reason for the 2 stars is that their reception area is super posh, they offer loaner vehicles, and easy to get in and out of the place. I'd consider buying a new car here, but I certainly would never go back for service.

Just leased a 2015 GLK 350 from Fort Washington Me...

Just leased a 2015 GLK 350 from Fort Washington Mercedes Benz. I'm not from the area , so most of the negotiations were done either threw text messages or over the phone. With that being said Fort Washington didn't have the car and the specific options that I was looking for. Also I was currently already in a lease with another vehicle, with a few months to go. Not only did they get me out of my current lease... But my salesperson Scott Anderson went out of his way to find the GLK350 that I was looking for. And at the price I was looking for. So when I got to the dealership I went to the front desk to have them page Scott. I gave the receptionist my name... Oh!! He is expecting you... Very friendly greeting. Scott took the time to go threw the entire vehicle in a relaxed matter... Not trying to push me out the door. The finance manager had me in and out in about 15 minutes. I love the vehicle, and look forward to deal with Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington in the future.

This is the first negative review I have written a...

This is the first negative review I have written as I usually just don t go back to poor service providers. Don t buy anything from this dealer. Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Frank Daulerio the used car manager in mid June. Was promised an extra key and still have not received it 4 mos later. Always had an excuse that they are waiting for the original owner to mail it. It s simple to me, if you promise something, make it happen! Driving the Jeep home the check engine light came on, no big deal it s a used car something will go wrong. Called when I got home they said bring it in as they knew I was driving and leaving the Jeep in Maine. They looked at it claimed it was a stored code in computer. Light was off of course until I get to Maine. Had car brought to Jeep dealer needed some work they called Fort Washington and left messages and of course no return call. I paid for repair, light came back on and needed more work to fix the same type of issue and they called again and left messages for Frank, of course no return calls. I had texted the sales rep he said he d talk with Frank. As of Monday October 8th I had emailed Frank giving them all info and cost and said please respond by yesterday as I ve waited months. Of course not even a courtesy call. 1600 dollars later I am forced to contact AG office to get some course of action. Sad thing is Fort Washington would have had to fix this if I was local and they were aware the vehicle was going north and said if anything happens we will work something out. Stay away from this dealer they are glad to make the sale but after that you will be forgotten really quick. It s embarrassing that someone with a manager title has zero customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I purchase a decent amount of vehicles and would never use this dealer for anything. Feel bad for the people they employee as this is no way to treat customers.

Update: been waiting weeks and still no phone call from their customer service manager and or COO of company as communicated. Moving on to the State Attorney Office. Go buy a car from a dealer who has customer service and stands by their warranties and vehicles. Stay away from FORT WASHINGTON MERCEDES.

As of November 1st, still no contact from this dealer as they committed. Look at the poor follow through and decide for yourself if you want this for your transaction. Filed a BBB complaint as I got nowhere! Stay away from this dealer. Incompetent in the ability to do the simplest customer service items. Embarrassing

My Mercedes sustained front end mechanical and body damage. I lease this vehicle from Mercedes. I brought my vehicle specifically to your shop for the body and mechanical damage repairs. John Duke of Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington moved my vehicle to Churchville Auto Body for the repairs. No one ever told me they were moving my vehicle to another shop. No one ever got my permission to move my vehicle to another shop. My lease expires in 3 months. As a result of this, I will not be leasing another vehicle from you. You need to tell people that your shop is not doing the repairs.

Not an easy process to buy here, I had other offers that they didn t want to match so I left and they called me the next day willing to get to my number. - service is friendly but I d never buy another benz as my car has been out of service for over 30 days.

Ok place for your Mercedes Benz purchase, lease or service. I would probably gave it a better score/review if it wasn't for an issue with my lease return. Problem was that I did return the vehicle with slightly used tires and obviously tires had more than 3/4 of tire thread in tact, but somehow dealer decided to charge me an extra $1100 for the mismatched tires. Have to mention that replacing tires weren't all same brand. It was 2 identical tires for the front and 2 for the rear. Paid $375 for all four tires already but had to pay again for another set of tires which was $1100.

When I walked into the dealership I just wanted to browse at some of the vehicles. I never thought I would have left with a c300 amg that day. Everyone was so nice and understanding. They worked with me and were very patient with me. I highly recomend anyone coming here to get a Mercedes.

I sticked to Mercedes for several years and I come to this store because of the Miguel who is now the sales manager. He got me one of my favorite car within a month with a customized building. My second car is from Matt, also a nice buddy, who became the sales manager recently. This time purchase I felt a little bad because of the management office and financial service, they got me really confused about the payment method which took me a whole afternoon to understand it.

Meanwhile, the service experience is random, you may get a good one or a bad one. Hope you guys are lucky to get the good one.

I went to the service center for state inspection ...

I went to the service center for state inspection today (work order 39369). My ML350 failed the rear brake (which I was not that surprised based on the mileage and previous service records). However I was very disappointed with the service I received. Here are a few things I encountered during this visit.
1. The service adviser (Tony) failed to disclose the option upfront that I could fix it somewhere and come back for re-inspection.
2. On the phone I was told I could come back for re-inspection within 10 days, and at the dealership I was told it's 30 days.
3. When I went to pick up my vehicle, there was no inspection report prepared. It took an extra 25 minutes to retrieve the report after talking to multiple people.
4. My vehicle registration and insurance card were taken out from the glove box but never put back. I did not realize these documents were missing until they were given to me with the missed inspection report after 25 minutes of waiting. If I were not asking for the inspection report, I probably would not have got my registration and insurance card back.

Overall the experience was disappointing.

Mixed review on this one. Amazing show room and waiting room. The people are well trained and curtious. But they got the wrong car. We did all the paperwork and when they brought it around it was not what I had ordered. Different interior. They did what they could. I will continue to use them because they are so great otherwise, just chech the car before you do the paperwork.

I found the dealership from auto trader. When I put in a request for contacting me regarding a car I got a response from them in minutes. I was hooked up with Kevin Neumann from sales who was awesome! He personally delivered my car to me in NY, which is 2.5 hrs away from them.
Could not find the car I wanted anywhere in NY and was so happy to find a Mercedes dealership with on the floor inventory which is very rare these days. Will definitely use Kevin and Fort Washington Mercedes again very soon!

Customer Servicing was great. I went in to look at a CLS and i walked out with exactly what i wanted, with even much more features that i needed or wanted at an amazing price. And i didnt feel like i was being pushed. My sales person was wonderful and manager worked with the amount i wanted to pay. I will return and recommend.

If you re young, or a person of color, I would not recommend going to this dealership. My girlfriend and I were interested in purchasing a vehicle that they had on the lot, and we had an appointment for 3.

They pulled the car around for us, and told us to wait for a salesmen. As we re waiting we see multiple salesmen sitting in the office on their phones, not helping us. 45 minutes go by and someone finally comes over to us and says the car is being test driven by someone else, which was a lie.

My girlfriend and I got frustrated since we weren t being helped despite having an appointment, so we decided to leave. As we were driving, we got about two minutes away from the dealer and saw the car we went to test drive parked behind a restaurant, not being operated.

If it s being test driven, why is it parked? If we had an appointment, why would they allow someone else to test drive it when we arrived? I am a young black man and I truly feel as though they were skeptical about allowing me to test drive the vehicle because of the color of my skin.

Horrible customer service and sales experience.. Do not go here! Especially if you are young, educated, or have a finance background and can spot their nefarious pricing / contract tactics. Go to mercedes Princeton - worth the drive and they are nice people.

Once again Mercedes-Benz in Fort Washington has shown that they are by far the leading Mercedes-Benz dealership in the tri-state area! Fred Mielke absolutely makes a shopping experience into a pleasure! He is absolutely well-versed with his product understands his clients needs and never lets anyone feel as though they are under a gun to do anything they are not comfortable with. I would recommend him to friends family and anyone else in the market for a Mercedes-Benz! A big shout out to their finance department, as well as their fine tuned delivery process once again making me scratch my head and wonder how others say they re doing their best when in fact they fall short and certainly could take a lesson from Mercedes in Fort Washington Pennsylvania.
Thank you from the Kaplan, family, and we look forward to purchasing many Mercedes in the years to come!

Took my car for a simple B service and the next day, the check engine light went on. I called Mercedes Ft Washington and the earliest appointment was another week away, not immediate. So, a week later they said they had no loaner car. This was the second consecutive time they had set an appointment for my repair and given my loaner to someone else and/or lied to me with no intention of giving me a loaner in the first place. When I called back to make a new appointment, it now was set for two weeks in the future!
My car is down to 16 miles per gallon on the highway when it used to be 22 mpg and I thought this was relevant to the engine problem. It made no difference. When I bought this car from them, they made many promises about excellent future service. This was not the case. Audi seems to have a nice comparable car and more honest sale people. I expect to be shopping for a new car at another dealership shortly.

Poor service, insane prices and low resale value why would anyone buy a new Mercedes. Gave parts department Vin number for a mirror they ordered wrong part went on Amazon gave year and make got right part at one third the cost. To make matters worse the clerk accused me of returning the wrong part and would not issue a refund to my credit card.

Fantastic service here for my Sprinter RV conversion van. The van service is actually a short distance from the main location, but they came out to give me directions as soon as I arrived (without an appointment, I'm sure they would have told me on the phone otherwise). I ended up needing a new DEF pump and they were able to locate one from Florida to get me back on the road the next day. Susan was great at keeping me updated on the progress (while very busy with several other pop-in jobs) and they were all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting service here.

Manager Joe always goes the extra mile, Joe manages his locations better than anyone I have seen, his staff is always professional, and the inventory is always updated. Not sure why anyone would ever give this place less than 5 stars! Great dealership and great service, they literally go out of their way to make sure you are happy! When it comes to a premium vehicle you want a certain kind of treatment which me and sister both received when purchasing our vehicles! Anyone on the market for a Mercedes I would go out of my way to visit this place! Thanks again will be back when my lease is up!

It is the most terrible experience that I have ever had in United States. I am stopping by to purchase a new car. There is a nice guy in the beginning named Kevin. However, after I negotiate price with the other dealer in Doylestown, two 'managers' just keep saying bad words to me. They are racial obviously and it is against the United States Law. I will recommend all international students or officers not buying any cars from them simply because they show no respect to internationals.

My wife and I are simple people, we've owned a few...

My wife and I are simple people, we've owned a few Subarus for the past decade. When that manufacturer could not produce the vehicle with the options we wanted, we had to go look at other brands. Safety and reliability are important to us, all wheel drive is a requirement. We decided to take a look at the Mercedes C300 4matic at this dealership. We walked in and were met just inside the door by Andrea, who welcomed us and asked if she could help us. I explained we were looking for a fairly plain version of the C300, she asked a few questions about what we wanted option wise and then went off to fetch a pair of examples of the vehicle we were interested in. The cars were parked side by side, so we could compare the luxury version with the sport version. Andrea did a wonderful job of explaining the differences, answered all questions and off we went for the test drive. The whole time we spent with Andrea, she simply answered questions, pointed out features and explained options. At no time did we hear "How much were you looking to spend a month?" or "What's your budget for the car you are shopping for?" After we got our test drives in and a quote, we went off to look at another car, different manufacturer. We decided on the Mercedes, and went back to the dealership. Andrea was busy, so Mike Liss jumped in to help us while Andrea assisted her guests. Mike was very personable, and rather knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time getting the specifics together required to complete the order. It turned out that the color we thought we wanted was not the color we wanted. Mike caught the fact that we may have been ordering a color on our misconception of what it looked like, and walked us out to a vehicle on the lot to see the paint in sunlight. Great save there!
Here is the bottom line:
These people were interested in making sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a nice price. They were fun, attentive, corrected our errors politely. The experience was wonderful, I look forward to sending friends and family to these people.
I gave this dealership "good" on price because there is not a "really good price" and I truly do not know the market well enough to tell if it was a "great" price.

Thank You Fort Washington Mercedes, getting my Mercedes back on the road!
The valet was phenomenal, they were the most helpful of everyone at the dealership, from the moment my car was towed there to finding the paperwork for me to receive my car.
I arrived at the dealer after the service department had closed, the valet gents took care of my car, and asked if I needed a loaner which I did. I am deployed overseas and came to visit my family for two weeks so my time was precious and didn't have a vehicle to visit family. The valet went to inform the loaner of my situation. I seen him not twenty yards away, he didn't have the decency to come let me know why I couldn't have a loaner while my car was getting fixed. The valet returned and told me they did not have any cars, not even for tomorrow busy day. I am not sure if cars was available or no car available for me?
Tony fulfilled his promise on the timeline, which I am grateful.
I didn't mind paying the dealer prices, I would have liked to received dealers craftsmanship (note the pic) that is how I got my car back. I did mind the treatment I received, very unprofessional.

The two stars are for valet guys and Tony.

Absolute worst experience with this Mercedes Deale...

Absolute worst experience with this Mercedes Dealership. I was interested in buying a car from there and the sales manager (Frank) as well as the sales man working there did not know how to fill out a proper purchase order, so I could buy the car. I called back 5 times to tell them to fix corrections and to send me the paperwork. When I would call back they were careless about it and said the title clerk was not in that day so they could not get me a picture of the title. If I am speaking to a manger I sure hope they would have access to the title office or keys. So, I went to the Head manager thinking this would solve some issues and the manger decides that due to their lack of customer services skills that they were unable to make a deal with me. Honestly felt like I was dealing with a backyard garage dealership. Do not waste your time or money. The employees there will treat you like you mean nothing to them when this is supposed to be a high class car dealership.

I just purchased my second car from Mercedes Benz Fort Washington. The team at this dealership is incredible. Everyone is extremely personable, professional and detail oriented in helping you find the best car to fit your needs. My sales team member, Kevin Neumann, was awesome as well as the General Manager, Eduardo. They definitely were looking out for my best interest when I was trying to make my selection. I look forward to working with them again in the future and wouldn't recommend any other dealership in the area for a Mercedes Benz!

Haven't dealt with a lot of Mercedes dealerships but love this one. The sales manager Mike Liss is the very best. Leonardo is the salesman we've worked with more then once. I enjoy this dealership, they have always treated me well! All departments are top notch! If you're looking for a Mercedes, THIS IS THE PLACE!

"Avoid this Mercedes dealership"

A few weeks ago I bought a used 2015 GLK350 4MATIC from this dealership. Mercedes had a very good reputation of making vehicles and the car is beautiful. However, I would suggest avoid this dealership because they did not fulfill their promise, even a very simple one.

The car I bought missed a seat belt buckle and a multimedia cable adapter. The agent who sold the car to me promise he will have these two simple parts fixed and if necessary, will mail to my home address. However, it never came. No communication, no courtesy greetings asking how the car goes, not even an excuse that why the parts has not ready yet. I actually don't care about the parts because it is widely available from after-market sellers and cheap.

So I started being paranoid about my prepaid 3-year service that cost about $1700. I actively contact them about the financing issue and would like to talk to the finance manager in the dealership, to request a refund of a service I have not yet used. I called three times in two days and left my number. Guess what, they never call back. Not even my car agent do anything about it.

I would suggest anyone to avoid this Mercedes dealership. Even KIA is doing better than this one.

Unfortunately my last visit wasn t good they installed wipers wrong so they make awful noise , they letf all protective plastic on the seats and the car was not washed (normally is) I received a text asking if everything was Ok with my service so I told them all this ... no response. I ll be going to Keenan from now on

My Chrysler Crossfire, an SLK platform based 2-seater built in limited numbers in Germany from 2004 until 2008, was involved in a collision in mid April. The car was in my possession for almost 10 years and was pristine prior to the accident. Upon seeing the shop repair estimate, the driver's at fault insurance company wanted to total my pride and joy. After taking a look at the car, MB of FW decided to not only take this rare non-Mercedes car under their wing, but refused to let insurance company total it saying they'd find a way to fix it under loss value. They did. It took almost 2 months, but considering the rarity of the car and that there are essentially no parts available for it, this timeframe is completely reasonable. John Smith, a Collision Specialist at MB of FW, took care of the entire process from the moment the car was dropped off at MB lot and to the moment I was handed the keys and took it back. He arranged for repairs, negotiated with rental company and insurance, supervised parts search, and kept me informed on every single step MB took in the repair process. The professionalism and compassion he showed in fixing this rare car are remarkable. My family are long time MB fans and we used multiple MB facilities in the US and Europe over decades of MB ownership, but the quality of service and, what is most important, compassion shown to me by John Smith and MBFW team had us all in awe. They've turned a very unpleasant situation into a happy ending story that I will keep telling while recommending this facility. I am aslo spreading the word of this story in the international MB and Crossfire communities and will be sending a letter to MBUSA praising John and MBFW. Thank you, MBFW, for being the finest representatives of the already finest brand name in the autoworld!

My only regret is that I had to leave a one-star review. If I could leave zero stars or even negative stars that would be much more appropriate. I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington last month and found the sales team to be slippery, dishonest, and borderline fraudulent in their dealings. Contemplating legal action as they have no interest in making the situation right. The good news is that I have an electronic record of the transaction for my attorney. Any potential buyers beware. Be especially vigilant if buying over the internet. MBFW does not represent their inventory honestly.
