I have been several times a huge salon many many new and used cars in a nutshell TOP !! even there is a bar corner ... not to mention the ATM ....
The only thing I found in the list the prices a little higher than others .. but this then is to be evaluated once seated with the many sellers ..
In short, in a nutshell if you go to Merbag you will find what you want for sure !!!

Dealer absolutely recommended, courteous staff and you are treated with gloves. Alessandro, the seller of the used section, treated us very well. We have dealt with him several times, buying and buying more cars for friends. Super recommended

After 3 BMWs, which I have always been extremely satisfied with, I wanted to try to buy a Mercedes. I make an appointment and meet with the official from whom I ask for a quote for a GLA 250 awd (about 55 k) with the exchange of my BMW 320d. In the dialectic of the negotiation I mention that my decision will be between GLA, BMWX2, and Jaguar Epace. I expect a list of the advantages of the GLA, instead the denigration of the other brands begins, which makes me quite annoyed first of all because we are talking about premium brands, secondly because my BMW in 210 thousand km has requested me, in addition to the changes of the oil and filters, only the replacement of the brake pads (not even the discs). It insists on the low quality of the competition and to top it off I rate the trade-in exactly one third of the lowest rating made by the competition or any used car salesman. I do not argue about the discounts and the price of the car that I knew well, but about the exchange policy and the attitude of the disparaging official on competition and almost offensive on evaluation. You will also be selling Mercedes, but you are not the only ones on the market. PS of the three houses interviewed you were the only ones who did not follow the meeting with a phone call for a potential continuation of the negotiation. Get off the ivory tower, times have changed.

Bad first perception. I am formally called to check an airbag for a manufacturing defect. I make an appointment two weeks before. I arrive and they tell me that they don't know when they will return the car to me because they don't know what the problem is and whether or not they have the spare part!

The best dealership I have ever entered! Beautiful structure on 3 floors, a huge new and used car park and very kind staff and available for any question!
Go for a ride if you are interested in a Mercedes, do not leave there unsatisfied!

I visited this dealership to evaluate the purchase of an electric Smart to replace my Opel Ampera ibida plug in. The employees present in the salon were young people and on average prepared but, in my case, conditioned by, I think, a sales policy not particularly interested in the electric model. No car available until September 2018, second-hand valuation even lower than that proposed by a well-known dealer very present on the internet, discount offered much lower than another dealership which, among other things, had evaluated my used vehicle a 15% more. I visited three Smart dealerships and, unfortunately, in two I received a treatment that ranged from little interested, as in this case, to an undisguised annoyance in treating me as if I were a time waster not at all interested in buying the car. Eventually I found a seriously helpful dealership and bought the car but if I had had an alternative to the Smart (I have a small garage) I would certainly have looked at other brands.

The 2 stars are given only for the beauty of the showroom and the courtesy of the staff.
I have bought a Mercedes car for about 2 years. A few weeks ago I found the driver's seat skin worn and cracked. Clearly it was a production defect also because the machine is not used so much to wear a seat in less than two years.
However, I take the car to the Mercedes dealership and they tell me that there are 190 to pay because according to them it is not a production defect. I just have to accept or (they make me understand) I could have kept it like this. Unprofessional behavior by such an important brand.

The biggest Mercedes-Benz dealership in Milan. Even the street was called Gottlieb Daimler :-)
It was possible to pass here an annual TO in autotravel. The prices, translated into rubles, are approximately the same as in Russia. The car was taken to the TO for one day.

I go to the dealership for a glc test drive. I not am booked tell me that there are no machines available, and rightly so I had to book. no problem to take this opportunity to ask for a quote to book test drives. They can not prenotarmelo them at the moment but I have to call in a week (?)
I do and I call this week. and they tell me that I will know. NO REPLY
two weeks later use the tool on the website to book a test drive. I come from roma contacted right away (hooray!) even twice in a file saying that I will know.
NO REPLY
this morning I call the dealership to avoid going to empty again'm waiting 9 minutes. I am told that the lady (?) is not there and that I will know. I insist .. the person appears and it says it can not rudely tell me they do not know when the next few months will make the test drive and perhaps call other dealerships (which? why me?)
Meanwhile BMW is perhaps a little more interested in my money and a x3 / x4 me is proposing a test drive by proposing to bring the car under the house.
