After acceptance at the reception, having a charteway rental contract and having specified that it was not a coupon, that I would normally have booked but a simple repair for a punctured tire, an hour and a half of waiting before my car was taken into load from the first available technician.
After waiting I would say, somewhat prolonged, I ask for a replacement car since my car could not be returned to me on the day, the answer: "unfortunately we have no cars available, we talk about it next week".
Very nice the salon, I would say to the height of the brand, very kind to the reception but, customer service, is certainly not the strong point.
Disappointed.

Without any organization, no employee of the Company had the badge, I found myself asking information from 2 customers before I found a very young salesman who looked at us in a way that does not put you at ease. Bad impression.

What can I say ... impeccable! Kindness, availabil...

What can I say ... impeccable! Kindness, availability, professionalism, transparency and clarity, are some of the adjectives that describe this dealership. I went here looking for a used one and unlike many other dealerships of the same house here is another planet. Only from the environment and from the presentation of used cars we can understand the difference. As the seller told us: the cars sell them all but what remains to the customer is the service that is offered and the memory that remains of the experience.

Bad experience, dealership to avoid carefully.
After being stranded, roadside assistance brought my car to them. Noting that there was nothing to do and that the car had to be demolished, when I decided not to buy another car from them, I was told: "Your car is here, you bring it Street". Despite my pleas, they didn't want to waste even the time to pick up the phone and call the breaker, a service I would obviously have been willing to pay for.
Their beautiful dealership is plastered with signs that praise customer satisfaction and excellent service ... Perhaps they are words that only apply to those who spend sums over 30,000 euros. Bah !!!!

Model dealer, all perfectly organized and efficient, courteous and prepared staff. The only drawback is the telephone switchboard, too many steps before being able to speak with a human being and not a recorded voice.

I currently own a Mercedes SLC 250 d with which I have traveled only 7500 km from May to today. I find it exciting, although perhaps it is too early to make a thoughtful judgment. Of course I found overall a clear improvement across the board referring to the same previous model but SLk 250d with which I had traveled many more km without problems.

The management and the owner company may change over time, but the quality and professionalism of the sales service linked in my case several times to the Smart brand remains a reference for seriousness, assistance in the sale and the certainty of managing the purchase better.
Always found answers to questions and managed to try guiding them completely to better evaluate both engines and different versions.
It is difficult to think of a better way to buy the Smart brand also for the immediate availability of models and the courtesy and product knowledge of the sales managers.
The fifth star does not arrive for not being able to get answers on questions to the spare parts warehouse on two technical specifications related to the new and old model of Smart several times, surely the manager was very busy managing other computer practices, but he was unable to satisfy my requests and forgot to say goodbye when I entered and left the spare parts warehouse, thanking politely.
If you are interested in evaluating a Smart proposal at best, I think it is extremely difficult to find yourself in a better place.
